تعیین مولفه‌های موثر بر انتخاب تصاویر در آرشیوهای تصویری خبر در سازمان صداوسیمای جمهوری اسلامی ایران

هدف: تعیین مولفه‌های موثر بر انتخاب و بازیابی تصاویر در شبکه‌های خبری به‌منظور بازیابی سریع‌تر و دقیق‌تر تصاویر در آرشیوهای تصویری خبر در سازمان صداوسیمای جمهوری اسلامی ایران. روش / رویکرد پژوهش: روش پژوهش اسنادی و کتاب‌خانه‌ای است و داده‌ها از منابع آرشیوی و کتاب‌خانه‌ای گردآوری و تحلیل شده‌اند. یافته‌ها و نتیجه‌گیری: برای پیشگیری از آلودگی و از دست رفتن تصویرهای خبری، آرشیو تصویری حتما باید خط‌مشی مدون داشته باشد وکارگروه گزینش تصاویر بر اساس همین خط‌مشی تشکیل شود و بر اساس معیارهای آن عمل کند. معیارهای مهم عبارتند از نیاز کاربران، ارزش محتوا، ارزش برنامه‌سازی بنیادی، ارزش برنامه‌سازی مجدد، و ارزش تاریخی. چون موضوع روزآمدی و پاسخگویی سریع آرشیوهای خبری بسیار اهمیت دارد، لازم است حداقل هر دو سال یکبار تصاویر گردآمده ارزیابی و در صورت نیاز وجین، جایگزین و روزآمد شود. نیاز سنجی و نظرسنجی مستمر ازکاربران سامانه نیز بسیار اهمیت دارد.

Determining the components affecting the selection of images in video archives News of the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting Organization

Purpose: To investigate the factors affecting the selection and retrieval of images in news networks for faster and more accurate retrieval of images in the News Archive of the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting. Methodology & Design Research: The research method is documentary and library research and data is collected and analyzed from archival and library sources. Conclusion and Findings: In order to prevent pollution and information loss in retrieving news images, it is necessary that every video archive has a written policy. The image selection working group should be formed and images should be selected based on the criteria set in the policy. Important criteria for selecting news images are: user needs, content value, fundamental programming value, reprogramming value, and historical value. As the updating and quick response is so important for news archives, periodic evaluation (at least once every two years) is needed and weeding, replacement, and updating should be carried out on a regular basis. Also, ongoing assessment of the needs and the views of the user group Is a must.
