پیشنهاد الگو برای ایجاد آرشیو مشارکتی در کلانشهر تهران

هدف: شناسائی مولفه‌های ضروری برای  ایجاد آرشیو مشارکتی در مراکز آرشیوی کلانشهر تهران با استفاده از فناوری­ وب 2. روش/رویکرد پژوهش:. نخست با تحلیل داده‌های برگرفته از  مصاحبه با متخصصان در موضوع آرشیو‌های مشارکتی شماری مقوله­ به دست آوردیم. سپس با استفاده از مقوله‌های به‌دست‌آمده پرسش­نامه‌ای طراحی و در میان تمام 95 نفر آرشیویست‌ها و کارشناسان اسناد شاغل در مراکز آرشیوی شهر تهران  به گردش درآوردیم. داده های 77 پرسش‌نامه تکمیل و بازگشت داده شده را با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی  و آزمون فرید تحلیل شد یافته‌ها و نتیجه‌گیری: میزان موافقت آرشیویست‌ها با الگوی پیشنهادی در هشت مولفه با میانگین 4.1924 و انحراف معیار 0.67304 مطلوب بود. هشت  مولفه عبارتند از مدیریت آرشیو مشارکتی؛ حفاظت و نگهداری؛ مسائل حقوقی؛ مشارکت کاربران؛ فرهنگ آرشیوی؛ فناوری؛ دسترسی و آرشیویست‌ها.

Proposing a Framework for Developing a Participatory Archives for Tehran Metropolitan Area

Purpose: Exploring required components for creating a participatory archive for Tehran metropolitan area archival centers based on web2 technology. Method and Research Design: Based on extensive interview with a number of experts, we arrived at a number of categories. The Categories were used to develop a questionnaire and circulated among all the 95 practicing professional archivists of the area. Data from the 77 questionnaires completed and returned were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics and Friedman test. Findings and Conclusion: Agreement with the eight categories with a mean of 4.1924 and a standard deviation of 0.67304 was at a desired level. The eight categories include: collaborative archive management, protection and maintenance, legal issues, user participation, archive culture, technology, access and archivists.
