حفاری‌های تجاری و اشیای کشف شده در زیویّه در سال‌های 1325 تا 1332ش.

هدف: زیویه از محوطه‌های بااهمیت  باستان‌شناسی ایران در 48کیلومتری شمال شرق شهرسقز ‌است. کشف اتفاقی مجموعه‌ای از اشیاء باستانی در این محوطه و سرازیرشدن آنها به مجموعه‌ها و موزه‌های جهان و سپس حفاری‌های تجارتی طی سال‌های 1325 تا 1332 به تخریب بخش عمده‌ای از آثار و شواهد معماری و غارت اشیاء آن انجامید.  از آنجا که این حفاری‌ها برای گنج‌یابی بود،  گزارشی از آن‌ها  عرضه نشده است. هدف این مقاله برملا کردن جزئیات عملیات کاوش‌ها است. روش/ رویکرد پژوهش: داده‌ها از اسناد آرشیوی، صورت‌جلسه‌های کشفِ مربوط به حفاری‌های تجارتی در زیویه، اسناد و مکاتبات خرید اشیاء منتسب به زیویه از دلالان عتیقه توسط موزۀ ایران باستان گردآوری شده است. یافته‌ها و نتیجه‌گیری:. اشیاء منتسب به زیویه منحصراً حاصل حفاری‌های تجارتی زیویه نیست بلکه کلیۀ این اشیاء بدون مطالعه و بررسی زمینه‌های فنی، هنری و اصالت‌سنجی، به زیویه نسبت داده شده‌است.

Commercial Drilling in Ziwiya Based on Archival Evidence (19461952)

Purpose: Ziwiye is an important Iranian archeological site, located 48 km northeast of Saqez. An accidental discovery and subsequent flow of a collection of ancient objects into world collections and museums, fuled commercial excavations during the years 1948 to 1953. That resulted in the destruction of a large part of the artefacts and architectural evidence and the plundering of excavated objects. No report is yet provided about such operations. This paper aims to find out the details of such operations and objects. Method and Research Design: Two groups of documents were examined to collect data for this paper: 1) Archival documents and discovery papers; 2. Documents and official correspondence of the National Museum of Iran regarding the purchase of objects from antique dealers Findings and Conclusion: Not all of the objects provided by commercial diggers belonged to Ziwiye as no expert examination was carried out to assure their authenticity.
