تاثیر سیاست‌های اقتصادی در تقابل بازاریان با حکومت (1320-1357ش)

هدف: توضیح سیاست های اقتصادی دولت در تقابل بازاریان با حکومت پهلوی دوم است؛ در پاسخ به این پرسش که سیاست ها و عملکرد اقتصادی دولت چه تاثیری بر نارضایتی و تقابل بازاریان با حکومت پهلوی دوم داشته است؟روش/ رویکرد پژوهش: این پژوهش با روش توصیفی-تبیینی و با تکیه بر اسناد و منابع اصلی انجام شده است.یافته ها و نتیجه گیری: یافته های پژوهش نشان می دهد که سیاست های تبعیض آمیز دولت علیه بازاریان، مداخله نهادهای دولتی در امور بازار، افزایش روزافزون نقش دولت در اقتصاد، بحران های اقتصادی و تحت فشار قرارگرفتن بازاریان ازسوی دولت، و هم چنین تلاش دولت درجهت مدرنیزه کردن اقتصاد و اجرای برنامه توسعه صنعتی شتابان در کشور و پیامدهای ناشی از آن، به طور روزافزون عرصه را بر بازاریان تنگ کرد و با تهدید کسب وکار بازاریان، نارضایتی و واکنش آن ها را علیه حکومت پهلوی دوم برانگیخت.

Government economic policies against the interests of Bazaaries (19411979)

Purpose: To investigate the process of establishment and early development of the National Library of Iran Methodology and Research Design: Data was collected from archival documents and library resources Findings and Conclusions: Expansion of relations with the West in the later Qajarid period inspired Iranians to adopt European nations’ culturarl initiatives. Introduction of printing technoloty, establishminet of European style schools and higher education institutions, the increase of the educated population facilitated the foundation of a national library. An act passed the Parliament 1937 established the National Library as a depertment under the Ministry of Education. The core collections of the newly established National Library were the collection of the Darolfonoon polytechnic and the collection of the Maaref public library.  Two prominent figures instrumental in the formation of the Library were the Education Minister, Ali Asghar Hekmat (18961980) and Mehdi Bayani (19061967) who headed the Library for the next 25 years. Also a modest building was designed by the French architect André Godard (18811965).
