ارزیابی اثرات اجتماعی و اقتصادی پروژه شبکه آبیاری دشت لیشتر و خیرآباد

تحقیق حاضر با هدف ارزیابی اثرات اجتماعی و اقتصادی پروژه شبکه آبیاری دشت لیشتر و خیرآباد انجام شد. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل ساکنان نواحی روستایی تحت تاثیر پروژه به تعداد 938 خانوار بود. حجم نمونه بر اساس جدول بارتلت و همکاران برآورد شد. نمونه ‌ها به ‌صورت توزیع متناسب در روستاها تعیین و تعداد 190 نفر از سرپرستان خانوار جهت مطالعه به شیوه نمونه‌ گیری تصادفی در روستاها انتخاب شدند. جهت جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه استفاده شد و برای تعیین اعتبار بخش‌های مختلف ابزار پرسشنامه، از روش اعتبار صوری و برای تعیین پایایی طیف‌ لیکرت آن از ضریب آلفای‌کرونباخ استفاده گردید. به منظور ارزیابی اثرات اجتماعی پروژه شبکه آبیاری دشت‌ لیشتر از آزمون تی تک‌نمونه‌ ای استفاده شد. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که بُعد اقتصادی بیش‌ترین تاثیر را از اجرای پروژه پذیرفته و بُعد اجتماعی اجرای پروژه شبکه آبیاری دشت لیشتر و خیرآباد در جایگاه دوم قرار دارد. در مجموع نتایج نشان داد که اجرای پروژه شبکه آبیاری دشت لیشتر و خیرآباد تاثیر مثبتی بر جامعه آماری مورد مطالعه در مولفه‌های اقتصادی و اجتماعی داشته است. این نتایج نشان می‌دهند که اجرای پروژه آبیاری مناسب، می‌تواند به توسعه و پیشرفت اقتصادی و اجتماعی در مناطق روستایی کمک نماید.

the current research was conducted with the aim of evaluating the social and economic effects of the lishtar and khairabad irrigation network project. the statistical population of the research included the residents of the rural areas affected by the project in the number of 938 households. the sample size was estimated based on the table of bartlett et al. the samples were determined by proportional distribution in the villages and 190 heads of households were selected for the study by random sampling in the villages. a questionnaire was used to collect data، and to determine the validity of different parts of the questionnaire، the face validity method was used، and to determine the reliability of the likert spectrum، cronbach's alpha coefficient was used. in order to evaluate the social effects of the lishter plain irrigation network project، a sample t-tech test was used. the findings of the research showed that the economic dimension received the most impact from the implementation of the project and the social dimension of the implementation of the lishtar and khairabad irrigation network project is in the second place. in total، the results showed that the implementation of the lishter and khairabad irrigation network project had a positive effect on the studied people in economic and social components. these results show that the implementation of a suitable irrigation project can help the development and economic and social progress in rural areas.
