تحلیلی بر روند رشد جمعیت و رشد فیزیکی شهر شاهرود

در پی تحولات پیچیده ی اقتصادی و فنی پس از انقلاب صنعتی، تغییرات شدیدی در اندازه ی شهرها و نسبت جمعیت ساکن در آن ها حاصل شد که به دنبال آن آسیب های اجتماعی اقتصادی و پیامدهای نامطلوب زیست محیطی از جمله تخریب و تغییر کاربری اراضی کشاورزی، آلودگی هوا، آب و خاک را به همراه داشته است. در این میان توسعه ی فیزیکی و رشد جمعیتی شهرهای ایران بسیار سریع و شتابنده عمل کرده است به طوری که در دهه های اخیر رشد و گسترش شهرها به صورت نوعی معضل یا مسئله درآمده و لزوم توجه به مسائل شهری و به ویژه مسائل کالبدی آن در قالب چارچوبی علمی، اهمیت و ضرورت یافته است. در این راستا پژوهش حاضر با روش توصیفی تحلیلی در پی پاسخ گویی به این سوال است که آیا در طی نیم قرن گذشته، رشد فیزیکی شهر شاهرود در راستای پاسخ گویی به نیازهای جمعیت و به عبارت دیگر، متناسب با جمعیت بوده است؟ اطلاعات گرداوری شده به روش اسنادی، به کمک مدلholdern مورد تحلیل قرار گرفته اند. نتیجه ی حاصل شده از مدل holdern بیان می دارد که طی 55 سال گذشته، حدود 48 درصد از رشد فیزیکی شهر، مرتبط به رشد جمعیت و 52 درصد رشد شهر مربوط به رشد ناموزون شهر بوده است. بنا بر این به منظور مقابله با رشد بی رویه ی شهر شاهرود و جلوگیری از تبعات جبران ناپذیر آن باید سیاست هایی را در پیش گرفت که بتواند با برنامه ریزی و مدیریت صحیح، گامی به سوی توسعه ی پایدار شهری برداشت.

An Analysis of Population Growth and Physical Growth of Shahrood City

Following the complex economic and technological changes after the industrial revolution, there was a dramatic change in the size of the cities and the proportion of the population living there which has led to socioeconomic damage and adverse environmental impacts, including destruction and alteration of agricultural land use, pollution of air, water and soil. In the meantime, the physical development and population growth in the cities of Iran has been very rapid, so that in recent decades, the growth and expansion of cities has become a problem and the importance of paying attention to urban issues, especially its physical issues, has become important in the context of scientific frameworks. In this regard, the present study, with descriptiveanalytic method, tries to answer this question that during the last half century, has the physical growth of the city of Shahroud been in order to the needs of population? The information gathered through documents, analyzed using the Holdern model. The result from the Holdern model states that over the past 55 years, about 48% of the city's physical growth has been related to population growth and 52% of city's physical growth has been related to city's uneven growth. Therefore, in order to cope with the unnecessary growth of the city of Shahrud and preventing its irreparable consequences, there must be policies that can lead to sustainable urban development through proper planning and management.
