مراتب تحقق جوهر نبوت و ارزیابی وجود مولفه های آن در حضرت مریم از دیدگاه ملاصدرا

از آنجا که مساله ی زنان یکی از مباحث روز محسوب می شود، کمتر در کانون مباحث فلسفی قرار گرفته است. یکی از این مباحث مساله نبوت زنان است. این مساله گرچه به یک معنا تاریخی است و ثمره عملی بر آن مترتب نمی گردد، لیک در نشان دادن تلقی دین و عقل از زن، بسی سودمند است و از این راه، می توان به کشف نگرش دین و عقل نسبت به زن پی برد و توان و استعداد زنان را از این منظر آشکار ساخت.صدرالمتالهین برای مبحث نبوت به دو جنبه جوهر نبوت و به فعلیت رسیدن آن جوهر (همان وظیفه ابلاغ رسالت) اشاره میکند؛ جوهر نبوت یا نبوت باطنی را با تبیین منازل نفس انسانی تحلیل میکند و برای آن درجات و مقامات و منازلی (حس، خیال و عقل) بر حسب مرتبه وجود قائل می شود که برای هر یک از منازل نفس نبی مختصات و ویژگی هایی برمی شمرد. مقاله پیش رو با روش تحلیلی توصیفی در پی پاسخ به این سوال بوده است که با توجه به اینکه حضرت مریم نیز در هر سه قوای نفسانی عقلی، خیال و حس به کمال رسیده است آیا ایشان، به نبوت باطنی دست یافتند؟ طبق مبانی ملاصدرا پاسخ مثبت است گرچه وی به نبوت ظاهری مبعوث نشدند.

in islamic law, spouses have certain duties and responsibilities towards each other that they must try to fulfill as soon as they get married. in the law, the duties of spouses towards each other are mentioned under the title of special and general obedience. now, if the wife has done the work that is not her responsibility according to shari’a and for that work, she will be rewarded according to the husband’s orders and with the intention of not giving alms, she will be entitled to receive the reward according to the conditions.this research has been investigated and studied with the aim of negating the view of paying less wages to working women using jurisprudence rules and based on the analysis of judicial opinions issued in this field. the method of this research is of a descriptive-analytical type, using the jurisprudential rules of lazarr, mysore, negation of difficulty and harm, and respect for property and definite action, to criticize the point of view in favor of paying less wages to working women.
