ارزیابی انگاره ی تزاحم قوّامیت مرد با کرامت اخلاقی زن

آیه 34 سوره نساء از آیات چالشی قرآن کریم در حوزه ی زنان به شمار می‌رود که خوانش‌های متفاوت و گاه متناقضی از آن توسط مفسران، فقیهان و محققان اسلامی ارائه‌شده و طرح موضوع قوامیت مرد بر زن در آن، زمینه را برای ورود شبهات اسلام ستیزانه یا تفاسیر زن گرایانه از قرآن فراهم کرده است. پژوهش حاضر با توجه به خلا جدی در حوزه پژوهش میان‌رشته‌ای قرآن و اخلاق، در صدد پاسخ به پرسش «انگاره ی تزاحم قوامیت مرد بر زن با کرامت اخلاقی زن و چگونگی ‌حل آن» با روش تحلیلی - انتقادی بوده است. در این راستا ضمن تبیین انگاره تزاحم قوامیت با اصل کرامت در ریشه‌یابی انگاره تزاحم دو ریشه مهم شامل انگاره نادرست از قوامیت و انگاره نادرست از کرامت شناسایی شد. این تحقیق با ارائه معنای منتخب از قوامیت و بازتعریف کرامت در ادبیات اسلامی، نشان می دهد منافاتی میان قوامیت و اصول اخلاقی وجود ندارد و روح قوامیت منجر به تکریم زن و توازن جایگاه او نسبت به مرد می‌شود و اصل قوامیت، بر مصالح واقعی اخلاقی استوار است.

verse 34 of surah nisa is one of the challenging verses of the holy qur’an in the field of women. different and contradictory readings of it have been presented by islamic commentators, jurists and scholars, and the mention of the guardianship of men over women in it has given rise to anti-islamic doubts or interpretations. has provided a feminist interpretation of the qur’an. considering the serious gap in the field of interdisciplinary research on quran and ethics, the present research tries to answer the question &how can the concept of male guardianship over women with the moral dignity of women be solved?& answer with analytical-critical method. in this regard, after explaining the concept of conflict between guardianship and the principle of dignity, he has tried to find the roots of the concept of conflict and has reached two important roots; the wrong idea of ​​consistency and the wrong idea of ​​dignity. by presenting the selected meaning of guardianship and redefining dignity in islamic culture, this research has shown that basically there is no contradiction between guardianship and moral principles, and the spirit of guardianship leads to the respect of women and the balance of her position compared to men. , is based on real moral material.
