نگرشی اخلاقی تربیتی به تن‌پوش هم بودن فطری و روانی زوجین

قرآن کریم با عباراتی مختصر، بلیغ و فصیح تمام مسائل بشریت را بیان فرموده است که بایستی هر آیه ی آن در پرتو سایر آیات و روایات ائمه معصومین (ع) و تفکر انسانی تحلیل و تبیین شود. یکی از این تعابیر عبارت شریفه ی «هن لباس لکم و انتم لباس لهن» خطاب به مردان و مربوط به خانواده است که زن و شوهر را لباس برای یکدیگر معرفی کرده است، اما اینکه مراد از تعبیر مذکور چیست و خداوند متعال با این تعبیر چه نکاتی را به زوجین بیان فرموده است نیاز به تامل و بررسی دارد. از این رو نویسنده در نوشتار حاضر به شیوه ی توصیفی- تحلیلی و با تتبع در کتب تفسیری، حدیثی فقهی و حقوقی نکات مستفاد از آیه ی شریفه را بیان کرده و بر آن شده است که تعبیر مذکور هم در بر دارنده ی نکات مربوط به انتخاب همسر بوده - چراکه مبین مختار بودن زوجین و ملاک های انتخاب همسر است - هم متضمن نکات مربوط به زندگی مشترک و کیفیت تعامل و حسن معاشرت آنهاست - چراکه همسر را مایه ی آرامش، سبب زینت، محرم راز نزدیکترین همراه گرمادهنده ی زندگی موجب دوری از آلودگی ها و احساس مناعت طبع و مکمل دیگری معرفی کرده و در صورت ممکن نبودن ادامه زندگی مشترک، جدایی آنها از طریق طلاق ممکن شده است.

Analysis of jurisprudential-educational points of Quranic interpretation of the instinctual and psychological covering of couples

In this article, the author deals with descriptiveanalytical method and with commentary, jurisprudence, law, and psychology books, expressing the moral and educational points of the verse. Some of these are related to the selection process of the spouse, which indicates that couples are eligible and the criteria for choosing a spouse. and some are related to the stage after the arrival of a common life, which makes the wife calm, makes her adornment, secret Moharram, the closest companion, the warming up of life, to avoid contamination and feelings of temperament, and introduce another complement ,and if it is not possible to continue living together, it is possible to divorce them through divorce.
