واکاوی اعتیاد مردان متاهل در یک مطالعه ی کیفی

در این مطالعه با توجه به اهمیت موضوع اعتیاد و نهاد خانواده و نقش بیبدیل زوج در پایداری و تعامالت کانون خانواده تالش شد در یک مطالعهی کیفی و بر پایهی نظریهی مبنایی و با استفاده از مدل پارادایمی اشتراوس و کوربین، شرایط و پیامدهای اعتیاد مردان متاهل به عنوان همسر و پدر خانواده واکاوی شود. روش نمونهگیری این تحقیق، از نوع هدفمند بوده و از تکنیک نمونهگیری گلوله برفی در جمعیتهای آسیبپذیر معتاد استفاده شده است. در این مطالعه 26 نمونه با لحاظ مالکهای تعیین شده و تنوع نمونه، انتخاب و دادهها با انجام مصاحبهی عمیق و نیمهساختیافته بهدست آمده است. پرسش از شرایط و زمینههای گرایش به مصرف مواد مخدر، پیامدها و تبعات اعتیاد و نیز راهبردهای مواجههی مردان متاهل با اعتیاد سواالت محوری تحقیق بودند. براساس یافتههای مطالعه، مقوالت خانواده ناسالم، حلقهی دوستان و زیست مکان مصرف شرایط علی اعتیاد و مقوالتی مانند فراموشی خانواده، پدرانگی گمشده، داغ ننگ )استیگمای( خانواده، ناامن سازی خانواده و ازهمگسیختگی خانواده مقوالت پیامدی شناسایی شدند

Addicted Married Men; Causes and Consequences

Abstract Drug use is a social problem in many countries, and its complications increase every day. The increase in the incidence of illicit drugs is due to numerous psychological, sociological, economic and cultural factors. Examining and understanding this phenomenon requires several approaches to study. On the other hand, the role of social institutions, including the family, as an addiction agent on one hand and as an institution affected by the adverse consequences of addiction, is very important on this point. For this purpose, with purposeful sampling and indepth interview with 26 addicts with long history of addiction, this issue was studied. The questions of addiction and causes and tendency to drug use, the consequences and consequences of addiction and strategies for exposure to addiction were the main questions of the study.
