مقایسه بین وضع موجود و مطلوب کاربرد فناوری معنایی در بازیابی اطلاعات در نرم‌افزارهای کتابخانه‌های دیجیتالی ایران

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسه بین وضع موجود و مطلوب به کارگیری فناوری معنایی در بازیابی اطلاعات در نرم افزارهای کتابخانه دیجیتالی ایران انجام شد. روش: این پژوهش از نوع کاربردی است که به روش پیمایشی و به صورت توصیفی انجام شده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل 8 نرم ‌افزار کتابخانه دیجیتالی سیمرغ، پیام مشرق، پارس آذرخش، پیام حنان، رسا، تبیان، سامان و پاسارگاد بود. ابزارگردآوری داده‌ها سیاهه وارسی است که در زمینه کاربرد فناوری معنایی در بازیابی اطلاعات در نرم‌افزارهای کتابخانه ‌های دیجیتالی بر اساس نظر متخصصان و با روش دلفی در سه بخش معماری فناوری معنایی، ابزارهای فناوری معنایی، فناوری معنایی در بازیابی اطلاعات مورد استفاده قرارگرفت. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ‌ها از روش معادلات ساختاری واریانس محور، مدل سازی حداقل مربعات جزئی (pls-sem)، آزمون های کلموگروف اسمیرنوف و کروسکال والیس استفاده شد. یافته ‌ها: بین وضع موجود شرکت های نرم ‌افزاری کتابخانه های دیجیتالی ایران از نظر ساختار معماری فناوری معنایی، ابزارهای معنایی و فناوری معنایی در بازیابی اطلاعات با وضع مطلوب به دست آمده در پژوهش اختلاف معنی ‌داری وجود دارد. میانگین رتبه ‌ها برابر با 14.5، 11.63و 29.5 است که بسیار بزرگ‌تر و بهتر از وضع موجود می باشد. نتیجه ‌گیری: با توجه به اهمیت فناوری ‌های معنایی، کتابخانه ‌های دیجیتالی ایران، از نظر کاربرد این فناوری ‌ها در بازیابی اطلاعات، وضعیت مطلوبی ندارند و نیازمند لایه ‌هایی فراتر از طراحی اولیه خود هستند و همچنین مستلزم بازنگری جدی و تلاش برای رسیدن به وضع مطلوب از سوی طراحان نرم ‌افزارهای کتابخانه دیجیتالی هستند.

Comparison of Current and Desired Status of Semantic Technology Application in Information Retrieval in Iranian Digital Libraries Software

Abstract Purpose: The purpose of this study was to compare the existing and desirable use of semantic technology in data retrieval in digital library software of Iran. Method: This is an applied research. Due to the specific nature of the research, the combination of Delphi methods, analytical scrutiny were used. After examining the literature and available resources, criteria related to semantic technology components were determined in data retrieval in digital library software. Because of the limitations regarding the lack of appropriate criteria and the need for validation in many cases, it was necessary to use a suitable method for this. Finally, the Delphi method was selected. Using the Delphi panel, the coefficients of the general criteria and semantic technology components were determined in the data retrieval of digital libraries. The statistical population of the study was consisting of eight software of the Simorgh digital library, Mashreq, Pars Azarakhsh, payam Hanan, Rasa, Tebiyan, Saman and Pasargad. The data processing tool is a checking log . According to experts, Delphi’s methodology was used in 3 parts of semantic technology architecture, semantic technology tools, semantic technology in data retrieval and their implementation levels this is under the observation of experts, in addition, the method of Delphi is used in this investigation in 3 fields which are meaningful technological architecture, Data were analyzed using structural equation analysis of varianceaxis, partial least squares modeling (PLS SEM), KolmogorovSmirnov and KruskalWallis tests and Spss25 softwares was used.. Findings: There is a significant difference between the current status of the software companies of digital libraries in terms of architectural structure, semantic tools and semantic technology in retrieving information with the desired status of the research. The findings of the investigation showed that digital libraries in terms of meaningful technological practical and meaningful technological architecture in information marketing do not have a suitable condition and they need the layers more than the first designing. Also, semantic tools and implemented languages have a very weak semantic technology, and there are not many semantic tools for development and implementation, And they surpassed each other in a few cases. the majority at the initial stage were knowing. Furthermore implementing tools, it does not have a suitable situation and by paying attention to this area in. Therefore, given the importance of semantic technologies in information retrieval, there is a need for serious rethinking and efforts to achieve the desired status of digital library software designers in Iran.
