پیرامون کتاب‌شناسی آثار فارسی چاپ شده در شبه‌قاره (هند، پاکستان، بنگلادش)

هدف: نوشته حاضر، شرحی است به معرفی و بیان نکاتی پیرامون مجموعه هفت جلدی کتاب‌شناسی آثار فارسی چاپ شده در شبه‌قاره (هند، پاکستان، بنگلادش) که به همت یکی از پیشکسوتان فهرست‌نویسی سامان یافته است و تدوین و نشر آن به سوابق کاری مولف آقای دکتر عارف نوشاهی باز می‌گردد؛ زیرا وی علاوه بر تجربه کار فهرست‌نویسی در آرشیوها و کتابخانه‌های متعدد، سالیانی چند با سازمان‌ها و نهادهای آرشیوی و کتابداری، همکاری کرده است و همه اینها سبب شده است تا او به عنوان پژوهشگر فهرست‌نگاری نسخه‌های خطی و چاپی و تصحیح و تالیف آثاری، به عنوان متخصص حرفه‌مند، به مقایسه آرشیوها و کتابخانه‌ها و شناسایی منابع مکتوب بپردازد؛ و ضمن ارائه تاریخچه‌ای از پیدایش ضروری فهرست‌نگاری در آرشیو کتابخانه‌های عمومی، دولتی و شخصی، به تحولات تاریخی آن هم اشاره کند و نقش عمده‌ای را مربوط به تاریخ کتابداری شبه‌قاره و ایران‌زمین به دست دهد. اطلاع‌رسانی و دستیابی پژوهشگران و علاقه‌مندان به آشنایی با فهرست آثار فارسی چاپ شده و مراجع آن در شبه‌قاره و نحوه دسترسی آنان به منابع چاپی و پدیده‌های علمی و دست آوردهای تاریخی در موضوعات مختلف در فراسوی مرزهای ایران. همچنین نمایاندن تاریخ چاپ آثار فارسی و نویسندگان منابع مرجع این دیار و نمایی از وضعیت زبان و ادب فارسی در گذشتۀ تاریخی و در بخشی از تاریخ ادبیات ایران در ممالک هند و پاکستان و بنگلادش مد نظر است.روش پژوهش: به لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و به لحاظ گردآوری و تحلیل داده‌ها، تحقیقات طولی، علمی و توصیفی و مقایسه‌ای است و با در نظر گرفتن معیار زمان و مقاطعی از ادوار تاریخی را از آغاز صنعت چاپ تا سال 2023 دربرمی‌گیرد و به عواملی که موجب پیدایی دگرگونی‌ها در صنعت نشر پدید آمده توجه دارد.نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج حاصل از توصیف، معرفی آثار فارسی چاپ شده در شبه‌قاره برای آگاهی اهل علم و ادب و پاسخ به نیازهای آنان و کسانی است که تمایل دارند با موضوعاتِ مختلفِ انجام گرفته در شبه‌قاره آشنا شوند و در تهیه پژوهش‌های خود استفاده کنند و نقش تالیفی بیشتری را در ارائه و تولید دانش علمی به دست آورند و قطعاً زمینه‌ای را برای انجام تحقیقات دیگر تقویت می‌کند و در نهایت، مهارت پژوهشگران را در زمینه مناسب ادبیات نظری و پژوهشی و آموزشی ارتقا می‌دهد و باعث توسعه مهارت‌های ارتباطی و همکاری و تقویت مبانی مشترک فرهنگی می‌شود.

objective: this article aims to introduce and highlight key aspects of a seven-volume bibliographic collection of persian works published in the indian subcontinent (india, pakistan, and bangladesh), compiled by dr. aref noshahi. drawing on his extensive experience in cataloging across various archives and libraries.method: this study is applied in nature and, in terms of data collection and analysis, follows a longitudinal, scientific, descriptive, and comparative approach. it considers temporal criteria and historical periods from the inception of the printing industry up to the year 2023, with a focus on the factors that have influenced changes in the publishing industry over time.results: the documentation and introduction of persian works printed in the subcontinent aim to inform scholars and literati and respond to the needs of those seeking familiarity with various subjects addressed in the region. these efforts support the use of such works in academic research and enhance the role of researchers in producing and presenting scientific knowledge. this, in turn, lays a solid foundation for future studies, improves researchers’ skills in theoretical, academic, and educational literature, fosters communication and collaboration, and strengthens shared cultural foundations.conclusion: the exploration and presentation of the seven-volume bibliographic collection compiled by dr. aref noshahi represent a significant scholarly achievement in preserving and promoting the persian literary heritage of the indian subcontinent. by offering a detailed account of the historical development of cataloging practices and the publication of persian works from the advent of print to the present day, this article underscores the enduring influence of persian language and literature in south asia. the study not only provides a valuable resource for researchers, historians, and librarians but also encourages further academic inquiry into cross-cultural literary exchanges and the shared intellectual traditions of iran, india, pakistan, and bangladesh. ultimately, this work contributes meaningfully to the field of bibliographic studies, reinforces the importance of historical documentation, and supports the continued growth of scholarly communication across borders.
