مدل مخزن سازمانی با تاکید بر عوامل پیش ‌برنده با استفاده از روش فراترکیب (مطالعه موردی: شرکت ملّی مناطق نفت ‌خیز جنوب)

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحی مدل مخزن سازمانی در شرکت ملی مناطق نفت‌خیز جنوب با تاکید بر شناسایی عوامل پیش‌برنده است.روش: این پژوهش ‏با استفاده از روش فراترکیب انجام شده است. جامعۀ آماری اول پژوهش کلیه اسناد مکتوب مربوط به مخزن سازمانی شامل 40 مقاله و اثر بر مبنای معیارهای معتبر از بین 175 مقاله و اثر انتخاب و تحلیل شد. جامعۀ آماری دوم شامل خبرگان حوزۀ فناوری اطلاعات، مخزن سازمانی، مدیریت دانش و... بودند که در نهایت 15 نفر تعیین شدند.یافته‌ها :با کاربرد مراحل هفتگانه فراترکیب، الگوی مفهومی در شش لایۀ ‏مفهومی، مقوله‌ای و کدها به دست امد. در هر یک از لایه‌ها مفاهیم و موضوعاتی گنجانده شد که در نهایت 29 مقاله شناسایی شد. جهت اعتباریابی کیفی الگوی به دست آمده بر اساس نظرات خبرگان در قالب گروه‌های کانونی اخذ شد و الگوی مفهومی مورد تایید خبرگان پژوهش قرار گرفت. با توجه به یافته‌های حاصل از اجرای فرایند فراترکیب در شناسایی ابعاد و مقوله‌های پیاده‌سازی مخزن سازمانی که می‌تواند مبنایی برای پژوهش‌های آتی در جهت نحوۀ پیاده‌سازی مخزن سازمانی در راستای سیاست‌های اجرایی برای مسئولان و تصمیم‌گیران در سازمان‌ها و نهادهای ذی‌نقش دولتی قرار گیرد در قالب الگویی مفهومی که به تایید و توافق بالای خبرگان رسید، ارائه گردید.

organizational repository model with emphasis on driving factors using meta-synthesis method (case study: national company for southern oilfields)

objective: the present study aimed to design an organizational reservoir model in the national company of southern oilfields with emphasis on identifying the driving factors using the meta-combinedmethod: the first statistical population of the study was all written documents related to the organizational repository including 40 articles and works based on valid criteria from among 175 articles and works were selected and analyzed. the second statistical population included experts in the field of information technology, organizational repository, knowledge management, etc., who were eventually selected as 15 people and due to the conditions and limitations of the corona pandemic, remotely compared to the presentation. comments and suggestions were taken.findings: the results of data analysis showed that the variables of perception of plagiarism, attitude to plagiarism and personal harassment have a negative and significant effect on the rate of plagiarism of students. also, the variable of academic jurisprudence has a positive and significant effect on the rate of plagiarism of students.
