بررسی مانایی ساختار نمایشگاه بین‌المللی کتاب تهران با استفاده از مدل سیستم‌های مانا

هدف: هدف مقاله حاضر شناسایی ظرفیت مانایی نمایشگاه بین المللی کتاب تهران با استفاده از مدل سیستم های مانا است.روش: به منظور دستیابی به این هدف با تلفیق مراحل مختلفی از سه نوع متداول این روش شناسی به تعریف هویت و اهداف و محیط نمایشگاه به منزله یک سیستم پرداخته سپس با تبیین فرایند تبدیل و از هم گشودن پیچیدگی های سیستم دو مدل تکتولوژیکی و مشتری-تامین کننده ارائه شد و در نهایت با شناسایی زیرسیستم های پنجگانه مدل سیستم های مانا در ساختار فعلی نمایشگاه به بررسی نواقصموجود پرداخته شد. در نهایت نقص های ساختار فعلی جهت دستیابی به مانایی که رفع آنها نمایشگاه را برای مواجهه با چالش های محیطی و رسیدن به مانایی کمک می کند، مشخص شد.یافته ها: فقدان زیرسیستم چهار و کانال های ارتباطی آن، عملکرد ناقص زیرسیستم سه، فقدان کانال ارتباطی بین زیرسیستم سه و سه، همپوشانی بین عملکرد واحدهای عملیاتی زیرسیستم یک، فقدان برخی اجزای ضروری در زیرسیستم دو، تقسیم عملکرد زیرسیستم سه بین قائم مقام و معاون اجرائی و گسست کانال های ارتباطی، مقطعی بودن فعالیت های زیرسیستم ها و فقدان سامانه های اطلاعاتی و ارتباطیدرون سازمانی مهمترین نواقص شناسایی شده در سیستم نمایشگاه بین المللی کتاب تهران بود.نتیجه گیری: بر اساس یافته های این پژوهش نمایشگاه بین المللی کتاب تهران به منظور دستیابی به مانایی نیازمند رفع نواقص موجود در ساختار و ایجاد ساختار متناسب با مدل سیستم های مانا است تا بتواند با وجود تغییرات محیطی، به عنوان یک موجودیت مستقل در طولزمان به مانایی و بقاء دست یابد.اصالت: به نظر میرسد این پژوهش برای نخستین بار ساختار نمایشگاه بین المللی کتاب تهران را از منظر مانایی موردبررسی و سنجش قرار داده است. نتایج این پژوهش می تواند به منظور هماهنگی، برنامه ریزی، سازماندهی و کنترل مورد بهره برداری مدیران نمایشگاه قرار گیرد.

investigating the viability of the structure of tehran international book fair using viable systems model

objective: the purpose of this article is to identify the survival capacity of tehran international book fair using the mana systems model.methodology: in order to achieve this goal by combining different stages of the three common types of this methodology to define identity and goals &the environment as a system, then by explaining the conversion process and unraveling the complexities of the system, two technological and customer-supplier models were presented. finally, by identifying the five subsystems of the viable systems model in the current structure of the book fair, the existing defects were identified. finally, the defects in the current structure were identified, which by eliminating them, the book fair is prepared to face environmental challenges and achieve viability.findings: lack of subsystem four and its communication channels, incomplete function of subsystem three *, lack of communication channel between subsystem three and three *, overlap between the function of operating units of subsystem one, lack of some essential components in subsystem two, divide the function of subsystem three between the deputy and the executive deputy and break the communication channels, cross-sectional activities of subsystems and lack of information and communication systems within the organization was the most important shortcomings identified in the system of tehran international book fair.conclusion: according to the findings of this study, in order to achieve viability, tehran international book fair needs to eliminate the existing defects in the structure and create a structure appropriate to the viable systems model so that despite environmental changes, as an independent entity over time to achieve viability.originality: it seams this study has evaluated the structure of tehran international book fair from the perspective of viability for the first time. the results of this research can be used by exhibition managers for coordination, planning, organization and control.
