چکیده
|
The problem of sample size determination is an important and generally difficult step of planning the statistical part of a clinical study. in this paper,some suggestions are made for determining the sample size in a successful and meaningful way. in order to design a high-quality clinical study with reliable results,practical tables and guiding clues are presented for sample size determination of t-tests for paired and independent samples.
