Genetic parameters of milk production and reproduction traits of Holstein cattle at a Tahirova state farm conditions [Tahirova tari{dotless}m i̇şletmesindeki siyah alaca i̇neklerin süt ve döl verimi özelliklerinin genetik parametreleri]

In this research,heritability and repeatability of lactation milk yield,305 day milk yield,lactation length,dry period,service period,calving interval,number of service per conception and gestation length were estimated using reproductive and productive records in holstein cattle reared at the tahirova state farm. the heritability values for lactation milk yield,305 day milk yield,dry period,lactation length,calving interval service period,gestation length and number of service per conception 0.22,0.23 and 0.04,0.06,0.04,0.02,0.06 and 0.02,respectively. repeatabilities of the same characteristics were found as,0.34,0.36,0.14,0.06,0.04,0.02,0.07 and 0.03 respectively.
