بررسی عوامل موثر بر عدم موفقیت بنگاه‏های زودبازده بخش کشاورزی شهرستان دشت آزادگان

هدف اصلی از گسترش بنگاه‌‌های زودبازده در بخش کشاورزی ایجاد اشتغال و توسعه این بخش است. اما آمار حاکی از عدم موفقیت این بنگاه‌ها در دستیابی به اهداف مورد نظر می‌باشد. لذا در مطالعه حاضر دلایل عدم موفقیت این بنگاه‌ها در شهرستان دشت آزادگان ارزیابی شد. اطلاعات از طریق 170 پرسش‏نامه از بنگاه های زودبازده مربوط به بخش دامپروری در سال 1391 جمع‎آوری شد. الگوهای لاجیت و تابع تجزیه و تحلیل تبعیضی به منظور تبیین اهداف تحقیق به کار رفتند. نتایج به‏دست آمده از هر دو الگو نشان ‌داد که نسبت آنی،نسبت سرمایه اولیه به وام دریافتی ،نسبت پاداش تشویقی به حقوق ثابت و نوع طرح از جمله مهم‏ترین عوامل تاثیرگذار بر موفقیت بنگاه‌ها هستند. با توجه به نتایج، پیشنهاد می‌گردد قبل از اعطای تسهیلات،تحقیقاتی در زمینه توان مالی مجریان و آنچه به عنوان آورده شخصی در طرح متعهد می‌شوند انجام گیرد.

Investigation of Factors Affecting the Failure of Early-Return Enterprises in the Agriculture Sector of Dasht-e Azadegan City

The main objective of expanding the agriculture sector`s early-return enterprises is employment and the sector`s own development. However, statistics indicate that theses enterprises has failed to reach their desired objectives. Therefore in this study the reasons of the failure of these enterprises is evaluated. Data was collected through a questionnaire given to 170 early-return enterprises of animal husbandry sector in 2012. Logit model and discriminate analysis function were used as the methodology of this study. Results of evaluating the Logit model and using discriminate analysis function indicate that instantaneous ratio, initial capital to the received loan ratio, incentive bonuses to fix salary ratio ,and the kind of plan are factors affecting the enterprises` success. Based on the results, it is suggested that before paying any loan, studies on the financial ability of the executers and what they are responsible for as personal equity are accomplished.
