نقش توسعه مالی بر سرمایه‏گذاری در بخش کشاورزی ایران

یکی از عواملی که در دستیابی به هدف رشد پرشتاب و مستمر اقتصادی نقش اساسی ایفا می‌کند، توسعه بخش مالی کشور است. اقتصاد کشورِ برخوردار از نظام مالی توسعه‌یافته توانایی تجربه نرخ‌های رشد بالاتر را دارد و در مسیر رشد اقتصادی سریع‌تر قرار می‌گیرد. لذا هدف اصلی این مطالعه بررسی نقش توسعه مالی و سرمایه گذاری بخش کشاورزی ایران با استفاده از سیستم معادلات هم‏زمان (3sls) است. نتایج مطالعه نشان از تاثیر مثبت شاخص توسعه مالی بر متغیرهای سرمایه گذاری، پس انداز، اعتبارات و تولید در بخش کشاورزی دارد. بنابراین می توان گفت بازارهای مالی کانالی هستند که می‏توانند پس‏انداز خانوارها را به سمت فعالیت‏های سرمایه‏گذاری در بخش کشاورزی هدایت کنند. در پایان مقاله، قرار گرفتن سیاست اصلاح و توسعه بخش مالی در اولویت اهداف کشور پیشنهاد شد. اعمال این سیاست باعث افزایش سهم سرمایه‏گذاری در بخش کشاورزی می‎گردد.طبقه بندیjel:g14,e22

The Role of Financial Development on Investment in Agricultural Sector of Iran

Development of the financial sector of the country plays a key role in achieving the goal of rapid and continuous economic growth. The country with developed financial system can experience higher growth rates and faster economic growth. The main aim of this study is to examine the role of financial development and investment in the agricultural sector of Iran using a system of simultaneous equations (3SLS). The results suggest a positive effect of financial development on investment, saving, credit and production in the agricultural sector. So it can be said the financial markets are considered as a channel that can to conduct household savings into investment activity in agriculture sector. Therefore, it is suggested that the policy of adjustment and development financial sector should be considered as priority targets.
