اولویت بندی مناطق تولیدی گندم آبی و دیم در ایران بر مبنای شاخص‌های مزیت تولیدی

با توجه به اهمیت منطقه‌بندی استان های کشور برای تولید هدفمند محصولات کشاورزی، هدف این تحقیق، گروه بندی استان های تولیدکننده گندم دیم و آبی براساس شاخص‌های مزیت فیزیکی و نوسان آن طی دوره 92-1362 با استفاده از روش تاکسونومی بود. نتایج نشان داد که در مجموع طی دوره 30 ساله، استان کرمانشاه با لحاظ شاخص های مزیت مقیاس و کارایی و نوسان این شاخص ها، حائز مناسب ترین اولویت در تولید گندم آبی بود و استان‌های کهگیلویه و بویراحمد، مرکزی، لرستان، گلستان، خراسان شمالی و ایلام در گروه دوم قرار گرفتند. استان های مازندران و به‌ویژه گیلان در تولید گندم آبی در گروه و اولویت آخر دسته بندی شدند. در خصوص گندم دیم، استان‌های کردستان، خراسان ‌رضوی، آذربایجان‌غربی، کرمانشاه، همدان و زنجان حائز مناسب‌ترین اولویت بودند و استان های گیلان، مرکزی، سیستان و بلوچستان و خوزستان در گروه آخر اولویت تولید گندم دیم قرار گرفتند. درنهایت، نقشه الگویی مزیت تولید گندم به عنوان معیاری برای تخصیص حمایت ها و سیاست‌گذاری در آینده ارائه شد.

Ranking Production Areas of Irrigated and Rainfed Wheat in Iran Based on Production Advantage Indexes

Considering the importance of zoning the provinces for the purposeful production of agricultural products, the aim of this study was regimentation of provinces based on the physical advantages of wheat production and its fluctuation during 19432013. Taxonomy method was used to rank the provinces in rainfed and irrigated wheat. The results showed that according to the scale advantage index (SAI) and efficiency advantage index (EAI) and their fluctuations, for 30 years, Kermanshah province had the best rank for producing irrigated wheat and Kohgiluyeh and BuyerAhmad, Markazi, Lorestan, Golestan, North Khorasan and Ilam provinces were in second group. Mazandaran and especially Guilan provinces were classified in the last group for producing wheat. For rainfed wheat, Kurdistan, Razavi Khorasan, Western Azerbaijan, Kermanshah, Hamedan and Zanjan provinces had the best rank and Guilan, Markazi, Sistan and Baluchistan and Khuzestan provinces were classified in the last group. Finally, template national map of wheat production advantage was presented as a criterion for allocating support and policy making in the future.
