|
Madam, in a recent issue of the journal of pakistan medical association, shah da et al have described a patient with trachea-innominate artery fistula (tif). surgical repair of the fistula was complicated by rebleeding. patient's condition did not improve and ventilator support was withdrawn on the fifth postoperative day.
