چکیده    In this study,in 154 kv substations,optimum inverse time overcurrent relay coordination of power transformer input and output feeders and of distribution feeders are formed. a new ga method stopped by penalty function (cfd-ga) is utilized at the design stage. the performance of the method is emphasized. this method is able to do all kind of overcurrent relay coordination owing to time difference flexibility between selectivity zones. overcurrent relay coordinations with both compulsory instant setting and without instant setting are made via cfd-ga. three kinds of applications are made; only 2 base,only 10 base,randomly chosen 2 or 10 base are used in crossover and mutation in each generation. the results of these applications are compared with each other and the base performance is determined.
