One pot synthesis of 3-methyl-1-phenyl-4-3′-methyl-1-phenyl-4′,5′-dihydro-5′-oxopyrazol-4′-yl-pyrazolo [5,4- d]-4H-1-benzopyran derivatives

A one pot synthesis of pyrazolo [5,4-d] benzopyrans through condensation of 2-pyrazolin-5-ones and ortho hydroxy benzaldehydes has been described. the synthesized solid products after purification were identified and approved by 1h-nmr spectroscopy and elemental analysis. 1h-nmr spectra showed that methyl groups and n-propyl groups located at place,alkyl (-r) pyrazolon rings are different in magnetic perimeter and chemical shift which indicates the above molecule formation. the 1h-nmr and other methods like ft-ir and mass spectroscopy have determined all of the compounds. obtained results of synthesized compounds showed that reactions were carried out with suitable speed and high confusion. © 2015,chemical society of pakistan. all rights reserved.
