چکیده    Here we have studied the rearrangement of 5-methyl-3-nitrosoindolizine derivatives in the presence of k2co3. 5-methyl-3-nitrosoindolizine derivatives can be converted to ring-opening,rearrangement and denitrosylation products respectively. methyl at 5-position and substituent groups at 2-position of 3-nitrosoindolizine derivatives are critical for the rearrangement reaction and have slight effect on the denitrosylation under standard conditions.
