چکیده
|
Synthesis of some 3,10-disubstituted-6,13-[bis(5-aryl-3-mercapto-1,2,4- triazolyl) dipiperazino]-bis[s-triazolo-(3,4-b)-1,3,4-thiadiazino-(5,6-b;5',6'- e)cyclohexa-1,4-dienes 3(a-i) have been reported. all the synthesized compounds have been characterized by elemental and spectral (ir,1h- nmr and mass) analysis. furthermore,above said compounds were evaluated for their antibacterial and antifungal respectively against selected microbial pathogens. compound 3h displayed the most biological potency.
