چکیده
|
Continuing our search for new secondary metabolites from various parts of aegle marmelos (rutaceae),we have investigated fresh unripe fruits which yielded two pyridylamides named marmamide-a (1) and -b (2) along with n-benzoyltyramine methyl ether. both the pyridylamides have been obtained for the first time from any natural source while nbenzoyltyramine methyl ether is reported as a new source. all the constituents have been isolated from ethanol soluble part of fresh unripe fruits and their structures were established with the aid of nmr spectroscopy including 2d nmr.
