چکیده
|
The extraction of protein from sesame seeds by sodium di-2- ethylhexylsulfosuccinate (aot)/isooctane reverse micelles system was studied and optimized by response surface methodology (rsm). the effects of factors on protein extraction were investigated c and the optimum conditions for forward extraction were obtained. the optimization results were: concentration of aot at 0.12 g/ml,feeding quantity of sesame seeds at 0.03 g/ml,molar ratio of water to surfactant of 10,extraction at 40°c for 42 min with 0.02 mol/l kcl and ph 8.0 buffer solution,the extraction rate at these conditions were 55.77% for protein of sesame seeds.
