چکیده
|
Two new ionic liquids based on benzothiazolium cation were synthesized in satisfactory yields by using a modified two-step one-pot method. then these ionic liquids were used as effective and environmentally friendly catalysts for the synthesis of 3,4-dihydropyimidine-2-(1h)- ones/thiones under solvent-free and mild conditions. the influences of various reaction conditions and different reaction substrates were discussed in detail. as a result,good yields and high purities were obtained to produce the corresponding products. the ionic liquids also could be reused at least seven times without noticeable decrease in catalytic reactivity. the performance of different ionic liquid catalysts in model reaction was compared with reported results. moreover,the catalytic mechanism of the ionic liquids was investigated as well.
