چکیده
|
Two new natural products,tetrahydro-2-benzyl-1h-pyrrolo-[1,2-c] imidazole-1,3(2h)-dione (1) and (1s,4r,4ar,9as)-4a-methyl-1,4,4a,9a- tetrahydro-1,4-methano-anthracene-9,10-dione (2),together with eleven known compounds (3-13) were isolated from the petroleum ether fraction of the 95% ethanol extract from the tubers of lepidium meyenii. among them,compounds 1 and 2 were new natural products,compounds 3,4,7-11,and 13 were isolated from l. meyenii for the first time. in addition,the spectroscopic data of compound 1 were firstly reported. their structures were elucidated by 1d and 2d nmr spectroscopic analysis along with comparison with literature reports. © 2016,chemical society of pakistan. all rights reserved.
