چکیده
|
Pyrroloimidazoles have been synthesized by diastereoselective of 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition by using 4,5-dihydroimidazolium ylides with an alkylating agent and base. three new pyrroloimidazoles were synthesized by 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of 4,5-dihydroimidazolium ylides by using isopropyl bromoacetate as an alkylating agent with sulfur activated dipolorophile in the presence of base and were characterized by different spectroscopic techniques. one of these pyrroloimidazoles synthesized with methyl activated dipolorophile exhibited significant antibacterial,antifungal,antioxidant activities. © 2017,chemical society of pakistan. all rights reserved.
