چکیده
|
A series of novel acyl urea derivatives had been synthesized. their structures were confirmed by nmr,ftir and elemental analysis. their antitumor activity was tested in a-549 lung cancer cell line,bel7402 liver cancer cell line and hct-8 intestine cancer cell line and insecticidal activity against mythimna separata were evaluated. among the tested compounds,compound 3h held highest activity (45%) against bel7402,but no activity against a-549 and hct-8. also compound 3c (100%),3e (80%),3f (60%) and 3j (60%) exhibited good insecticidal activity.
