In this article,operational details of the r package ordnor that is designed for the concurrent generation of correlated ordinal and normal data are described,and examples of some important functions are given. the package provides needed tools that have been lacking for generating multivariate data with a mixture of ordinal and normal components. © 2015,american statistical association. all rights reserved.
