مروری بر ابزارهای غربالگری و ارزیابی مشکلات تغذیه‌ای نوزادان و کودکان از بدو تولد تا 7 سال

سابقه و هدف: مشکلات تغذیه‌ای از شایع‌ترین مشکلات دوران نوزادی و کودکی محسوب می‌شود. بررسی و شناسایی این مشکلات در اوایل دوران کودکی از اهمیت ویژه‌ای برخوردار است، زیرا شناسایی سریع این مشکلات، می‌تواند به درمان زودهنگام این مشکلات منجر شود. مطالعه حاضر قصد دارد مرور جامعی بر ابزارهای غربالگری و ارزیابی مشکلات تغذیه‌ای نوزدان و کودکان داشته باشد. مواد و روش‌ها: اطلاعات، از طریق پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی pubmed، scopus، medline، web of science،google scholar و بانک‌های اطلاعاتی ایرانی در بازه زمانی 1993 تا 2020 تهیه شد. بر‌اساس کلیدواژه‌های پژوهش، 50 مقاله مرتبط به‌دست آمد که درنهایت، 18 مقاله بر‌اساس هدف پژوهش انتخاب شد. نتایج: درمجموع، 18 ابزار به‌دست آمد که 3 ابزار مربوط به غربالگری و بقیه ابزارها مربوط به ارزیابی مشکلات تغذیه‌ای نوزادان و کودکان بود. 5 ابزار از بدو تولد و بقیه ابزارها از سنین بالاتر، حدود شش‌ماهگی به بعد قابل‌استفاده بودند. 3 ابزار، توسط ارزیاب یا درمانگر و بقیه توسط والدین یا مراقبین کودک، تکمیل شد. 5 ابزار در کنار بررسی مسائل تغذیه‌ای، احساسات و واکنش‌های والدین نسبت به مشکلات غذایی کودکانشان را نیز، ارزیابی می‌کنند. همچنین، روایی و پایایی 18 ابزار، مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتیجه‌گیری: طیف متنوعی از ابزارهای استاندارد، جهت غربالگری و ارزیابی مشکلات تغذیه‌ای نوزادان و کودکان، در زبان انگلیسی وجود دارد. نتایج حاصل از این مطالعه مروری، می‌تواند ضمن معرفی این ابزارها به درمانگران، به دسترسی سریع آن‌ها به این ابزارها منجر گردد.

Screening tools and assessment for feeding problems in infants and children from birth to 7 years: A review

Background: Feeding problems are among the most common issues in infancy and childhood. It rsquo;s essential to investigate and identify these problems in early childhood because early detection can lead to early treatment of these problems. The present study intends to provide a comprehensive review of screening tools and assessment for feeding problems in infants and children.Materials and Methods: The information was obtained through PubMed, Scopus, Medline, Web of Science, Google scholar, and Iranian databases from 1993 to 2020. Based on the keywords used, 50 related articles were obtained. Then, 18 articles were selected based on the purpose of this study.Results: In total, 18 tools were obtained. The 3 tools were related to screening for feeding problems, and the rest were related to assessing feeding problems in infants and children. Also, among these tools, 5 tools could be used from birth, and the rest could be used from older ages, about 6 months onwards. Of these tools, 3 tools are completed by an assessor or therapist, and the rest by a parent or caregiver. 5 tools, in addition to examining children #39;s nutritional issues, also assess parents #39; feelings and reactions to their child #39;s feeding problems. Also, the validity and reliability of these 18 tools were examined.Conclusion: There are a variety of standard tools for screening and assessing infant and child feeding problems in English. The results of this review study, while introducing these tools to therapists, can lead to their rapid access to these tools.
