تاثیر بسته آموزشی بر تبعیت از درمان و سواد سلامت در بیماران با نارسایی قلبی

سابقه و هدف: نارسایی قلبی یک مشکل عمده است که کیفیت زندگی فرد را تحت‌تاثیر قرار می دهد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین تاثیر بسته آموزشی بر سواد سلامت و پیروی از توصیه‌های درمانی در مبتلایان نارسایی قلبی انجام شد. مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه تجربی بر روی 60 بیمار مبتلا به نارسایی قلبی بیمارستان شهید بهشتی کاشان از سال 1398 تا 1400 در دو گروه کنترل و مداخله انجام گردید. قبل و بعد از مداخله، پرسشنامه‌های اطلاعات دموگرافیک، سواد سلامت اختصاصی بیماران با نارسایی قلبی و پرسشنامه تبعیت از درمان مدانلو توسط هر دو گروه تکمیل شد.نتایج: مقایسه میانگین نمره تبعیت از درمان و ابعاد آن پس از مداخله، تفاوت آماری معناداری داشت (0/05>p). همچنین تفاوت معناداری در میانگین نمره تبعیت از درمان و ابعاد آن در گروه مداخله، ابتدا و انتهای آموزش نشان داده شد (0/05>p). مقایسه میانگین نمره سواد سلامت و ابعاد آن پس از مداخله نیز، تفاوت آماری معناداری داشت (0/05>p). تفاوت آماری معناداری در میانگین نمره سواد سلامت و ابعاد آن در گروه مداخله، ابتدا و انتهای مداخله نشان داده شد (0/05>p)؛ در‌حالی‌که در گروه کنترل میانگین نمره کلّ سواد سلامت و ابعاد آن در ابتدا و انتهای مطالعه، کاهش معناداری داشت (0/05>p). نتیجه‌گیری: بنابراین استفاده از بسته‌های آموزشی به‌عنوان یک روش آموزشی آسان و ایمن می‌تواند در جهت افزایش سواد سلامت و افزایش تبعیت از درمان در بیماران مبتلا به نارسایی قلبی و پیشگیری از پیشرفت بیماری کمک کند.

The effect of educational package on adherence to treatment and health literacy in patients with heart failure

Background: Heart failure is a major problem that affects a person #39;s quality of life. This study aimed to determine the effect of educational package on health literacy and following treatment recommendations in patients with heart failure.Materials and Methods: This experimental study was performed on 60 patients with heart failure in Shahid Beheshti Hospital of Kashan from 1398 to 1400 in two groups of control and intervention. Before and after the intervention, demographic information questionnaires, specific health literacy of patients with heart failure and Madanlu treatment adherence questionnaire were completed by both groups.Results: Comparing the mean score of adherence to treatment and its dimensions after the intervention had a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Also showed a statistically significant difference in the mean score of adherence to treatment and its dimensions in the intervention group, beginning and end of training (P<0.05). Comparison of the mean score of health literacy and its dimensions after the intervention had a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). There was a statistically significant difference in the mean score of health literacy and its dimensions in the intervention group, beginning and end of the intervention (P<0.05). While in the control group showed that the mean score of total health literacy and its dimensions at the beginning and end of the study decreased statistically significantly (P<0.05).Conclusion: Therefore, using training packages as an easy and safe educational method can help increase health literacy and increase treatment adherence in patients with heart failure and prevent disease progression.
