چکیده
|
سابقه و هدف: با توجه به شیوع اعتیاد، تلاش جهت شناسایی عوامل خطر بروز این مشکل در جمعیتهای مختلف ضروری است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف پیشبینی گرایش به اعتیاد براساس میزان ناگویی خلقی و ابراز وجود در دانشجویان پرستاری انجام شد.مواد و روشها: طرح پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی تحلیلی بود. نمونه پژوهش شامل 160 نفر از دانشجویان پرستاری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی و دانشگاه آزاد کرمانشاه بود که در سال تحصیلی 98-1397 مشغول به تحصیل بودند و به شیوه نمونهگیری خوشهای انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری دادهها از پرسشنامه آمادگی به اعتیاد وید و بوچر، پرسشنامه ناگویی هیجانی تورنتو و پرسشنامه جراتورزی گمبریل و ریچی استفاده شد. برای تحلیل دادهها از روش همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون چندمتغیره استفاده گردید. دادهها نیز با نرمافزار spss ویرایش 24 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.نتایج: نتایج ضریب همبستگی پیرسون نشان داد که بین ناگویی هیجانی با آمادگی به اعتیاد دانشجویان پرستاری رابطه مثبت و بین ابراز وجود با آمادگی به اعتیاد رابطه منفی معناداری وجود دارد (p<0/01). نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون چندمتغیره نیز آشکار کرد که 23 درصد واریانس آمادگی به اعتیاد فعال (230.0=r2) و همچنین 67.7 درصد واریانس آمادگی به اعتیاد منفعل (677.0=r2) بهوسیله ناگویی هیجانی و ابراز وجود تبیین می شود.نتیجهگیری: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که دو مولفه ناگویی هیجانی و ابراز وجود با اعتیاد رابطه دارند و باعث میشوند که دانشجویان پرستاری، گرایش به اعتیاد داشته باشند و لزوم توجه نظام آموزشی به منظور کاهش ناگویی هیجانی و بهبود ابراز وجود از طریق برگزاری کارگاهها ضروری بهنظر میرسد.

Abstract
|
Background: In the contemporary world most people's lives have been affected by modern communication technologies such as mobile phones and computers. The entrance of mobile phones into daily communication and usage has led to new changes in medical and health perspectives. In fact, ldquo;Text Neck Syndrome is a worrying situation and has the potential to affect millions of people around the world.Materials and Methods: The search articles was done in databases PubMed, Science Direct, Google Scholar and due to the widespread use and prevalence of Smartphone use in the past decade, articles about the years 2010 up to 2019 were extracted. To extract the articles, was used from the related keyword. Then, considering the main subject of the present study and criteria inclusion and exclusion, 10 articles were selected for final investigation.Results: After reviewing the full text of 10 articles related to the study subject that were chosen for the final review, the results of those articles are described briefly in Table 1 and completely in the discussion section. There is a direct relationship between the duration of phone calls, playing with mobile phones, browsing and the number of texting during the day and musculoskeletal disorders.Conclusion: The text neck syndrome can cause forward head and rounded shoulder postures, as well as chronic pain in the neck, shoulders, hands, and fingers.
