بررسی تاثیر عصاره الکلی پیاز گل نرگس (narcissus tazetta l.) بر شاخص‌های مربوط به عملکرد کلیه

سابقه و هدف: گل نرگس غنی از چندین متابولیت ثانویه مختلف از جمله اسانس ها، ترینوئیدها، فلانوئید ها، ترکیبات فنولی، آلکالوئیدها و دارای فعالیت زیستی، خواص دارویی و مورد توجه در صنعت عطرسازی می‌باشد. با توجه به عدم بررسی تاثیر عصاره این گیاه بر کلیه، این مطالعه با هدف بررسی اثر پیاز گل نرگس بر شاخص‌های مربوط به عملکرد کلیه صورت پذیرفت.مواد و روش ها: در این مطالعه 20 سر موش صحرایی نر بالغ به صورت تصادفی به 3 گروه تجربی و یک گروه شاهد تقسیم شدند. گروه های تجربی، عصاره پیاز گل نرگس را با غلظت های 50، 100 و mg/kg 150 به صورت خوراکی در مدت‌زمان 6 روز دریافت کردند و در روز هفتم از همه گروه های موشی خونگیری به عمل آمد و تست های عملکردی کلیه بررسی شد. جمع آوری داده ها با نرم‌افزارspss ویرایش 21 صورت گرفته و نتایج به صورت میانگین و انحراف معیار ارائه شده است. نتایج: در دوز mg/kg 100 عصاره پیاز گل نرگس، فعالیت پروتئین کل (total proteins) کاهش معنی‌داری را نسبت به گروه شاهد نشان داد (p<0/01 ). در دوز mg/kg 150 عصاره، فعالیت پروتئین کل و آلبومین (albumin) کاهش معنی داری و کراتینین (creatinine) افزایش معنی داری را نسبت به گروه شاهد نشان داد (p<0/05 ). همچنین میزان اوره (urea) در غلظت mg/kg 150، افزایش معنی داری نسبت به گروه شاهد نشان داد (p<0/01) بیلی روبین (bun) در تمامی دوزهای عصاره نسبت به گروه شاهد تغییر معنی داری نشان نداد.نتیجه‌گیری: کاهش معنی دار پروتئین کل و آلبومین و افزایش معنی‌دار اوره و کراتینین، توکسیک‌بودن در دوزهای بالای عصاره پیاز گل نرگس را نشان می دهد که لازم است جهت بررسی بیشتر، مطالعات بافت‌شناسی انجام پذیرد.

Investigate the effect of alcoholic extract of bulbs of narcissus (Narcissus tazetta L.) on indexes of renal function

Bakground: Narcissus flower has been rich in several different secondary metabolites including essential oils, trinoids, flanoids, phenolic compounds, alkaloids and has bioactive, pharmaceutical properties and is beloved in the perfume industry. This study aimed to investigate the effect of alcoholic extract of bulbs of narcissus on indexes of renal function.Materials and Methods: In this study, 20 adult male rats were randomly divided into 3 experimental and one control group. Experimental groups received oral bulbs extract of 50, 100 and 150 mg/kg orally for 6 days. Blood samples were taken from all groups of mice on day 7 and renal function tests were performed. Data were analyzed by SPSS software version 21 and the results were presented as mean and standard deviation (Mean ±SEM).Results: Total Proteins decreased significantly (P<0.01) at 100mg/kg Narcissus bulb extract. At the dose of 150 mg/kg of extract, total protein and albumin activity significantly decreased and creatinine significantly increased (P<0.05). Urea at 150 mg/kg concentration also showed a significant increase compared to the control group (P<0.01(. BUN did not change significantly at all doses of the extract compared to the control group.Conclusion: Significant decrease in total protein and albumin, and significant increase in urea and creatinine, indicate toxicity at high doses of Narcissus bulb extract, which needs further histological studies.
