تبیین چارچوب مفهومی شکوفایی شهری با رهیافت برنامه‌ریزی بر پایه تحلیل مورفولوژیک (پژوهش موردی: شهر دوگنبدان)

هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر، تدوین برنامه‌ریزی بلندمدت شکوفایی شهری شهر دوگنبدان با رهیافت برنامه‌ریزی درون‌شهری و درون منطقه‌ای است. روش پژوهش حاضر مبتنی بر تحلیل ساختاری و رویکرد شبه ریاضی است. حجم جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر، کلیه خبرگان و کارشناسانی است که بر ابعاد توسعه شهری، شکوفایی شهری و رویکرد آینده‌پژوهی و سناریونویسی، تخصص کامل دارند. روش و طرح نمونه‌برداری، نمونه‌برداری هدفمند و تعداد 35 نفر از کارشناسان و متخصصان که بر موضوع موردپژوهش تسلط دارند، به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار اصلی تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها و اطلاعات پژوهش، نرم‌افزار آینده‌پژوهی (micmac) مبتنی بر تحلیل اثرات متقاطع و نرم‌افزار سناریونویسی مورفول (morphol) مبتنی بر تحلیل مورفولوژیکی اینرسی است. نتایج حاصل از تحلیل‌های مکتور مبنا نشان می‌دهد که شکوفایی شهری شهر دوگنبدان مبتنی بر 14 پیشران درون فرا شهری و درون‌شهری ازجمله؛ (کریدور علم و فناوری استان، منطقه آزاد تجاری، منابع آب، ورزش همگانی، هاب لجستیک، بافت فرسوده شهری، نوآوری و خلاقیت، تکنولوژی تولید در بخش صنعت، آلودگی هوا، مدیریت پسماند، مخاطرات طبیعی، پدافند غیرعامل، صنایع وابسته به نفت و گاز و تحولات سیاسی – اقتصادی جهان و منطقه) می‌باشد. همچنین نتایج حاصل از تحلیل و برنامه‌ریزی مورفولوژیک مبنا نشان می‌دهد که رهیافت اصلی شکوفایی شهری دوگنبدان مبتنی بر راهبرد درون منطقه‌ای منطقه آزاد تجاری و مبتنی بر راهبرد درون‌شهری توجه به زیرساخت‌های منطقه و افزایش خدمات و امکانات در راستای ایجاد منطقه آزاد تجاری است.

the conceptual framework of urban prosperity with the approach of intra-regional and extra-regional planning (case study: dogonbadan city)

introductionthe issue of urban prosperity is the result of a move towards sustainable development. accordingly, the united nations introduces it to create an integrated structure for the revitalization of cities all over the world. today, due to the complexity and multidimensionality of urban settlements, they are unable to move towards prosperity. meanwhile, future studies and scenario planning, as a new paradigm in long-term and participatory planning, can regulate the complexity and entanglement of today's cities and also as much as possible predict the indicators contributing to urban prosperity. meantime, the organization of spatial system of settlements has become a multipolar, multiple, unbalanced, inefficient, heterogeneous, non-prosperous and underdeveloped space for various reasons, including the lack of understanding of the environmental and geographical capabilities of each region, etc. in this respect, the cities of kohgiluyeh and boyer-ahmad provinces, especially the city of dogonbadan, are no exception to this rule and, despite having great natural and economic capabilities, including theoil and gas industry, etc., have not yet been able to grow and develop potentially and prosper the structures of their urban and regional space. according to what was said and using future studies and scenario planning approach, this study strives to identify and analyze the most important vital drivers contributing into the development and prosperity of dogonbadan and to examine the extent and effectiveness of these predictions on each other in the future; in fact, it will pave the way for theformulation of scenarios in the next stages, as well as the development of strategies, plans and policies to achieve the desired scenarios for the urban prosperity of dogonbadan in the future. therefore, the primary objective of the present study is to develop a long-term urban prosperity of dogonbadan citywith a planning approach based on morphological analysis.
