تحلیلی بر تاثیر هوشمندسازی فرودگاه مهرآباد بر توسعه گردشگری

امروزه یکی از مباحث مهم توسعه پایدار جوامع، هوشمندسازی حمل و نقل به ‌ویژه فرودگاه‌ها است. به نظر می رسد هوشمندسازی فرودگاه‌ها در توسعه گردشگری تاثیرگذار باشند. از همین رو، هدف این مقاله سنجش میزان تاثیر هوشمندسازی فرودگاه مهرآباد بر توسعه گردشگری شهر تهران است. تحقیق حاضر از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از لحاظ ماهیت توصیفی- تحلیلی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش، گردشگران وارد شده به فرودگاه مهرآباد تهران و کارشناسان حوزه گردشگری و هوشمندسازی فرودگاه‌ها هستند که در خصوص گردشگران، 200 نفر از مسافرانی که به عنوان گردشگر وارد فرودگاه شده بودند، به روش تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند، همچنین10 نفر از مدیران فرودگاهی و اساتید دانشگاهی به روش گلوله برفی به عنوان کارشناس انتخاب و از طریق پرسشنامه های مربوطه مورد پرسشگری قرار گرفته اند. برای تحلیل داده ها و بررسی اثرگذاری متغیرها از معادلات ساختاری مبتنی بر واریانس با روش حداقل مربعات جزئی (smart- pls) استفاده شد. یافته های تحقیق نشان داد که 16 مولفه تحقیق (هوشمندسازی فرودگاه) توسعه گردشگری شهر تهران را به میزان 0.824 تبیین می کنند. بیشترین میزان ضریب مسیر (بتا) به مولفه‌های ارتقای تجربه مسافران (0.728)، ارائه خدمات رفاهی جذاب‌تر به مسافران (0.689)، کاهش قیمت (0.681) و امنیت پرواز و هواپیما (0.595) مربوط می شود. همچنین نتایج نشان می‌دهد که با هوشمندسازی فرودگاه مهرآباد زمینه برای توسعه گردشگری تهران هموار‌تر خواهد شد. 

an analysis on the impact of smartening mehrabad airport on the development of tourism

nowadays, one of the important issues of sustainable development of societies is the intelligentization of transportation, especially airports. it seems that the smartening of airports is effective in the development of tourism. therefore, the aim of this article is to measure the impact of smartening mehrabad airport on the development of tourism in tehran. the current research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical in terms of nature. the statistical population of the research is the tourists who arrived at mehrabad airport in tehran and the experts in the field of tourism and airport intelligence. regarding the tourists, 200 of the passengers who entered the airport as tourists were selected by a simple random method, as well as 10 people from the airport managers and academic professors were selected as experts by snowball method and were questioned through relevant questionnaires. structural equations based on variance with partial least square method (smart-pls) were used to analyze the data and examine the effects of variables. the findings of the research showed that 16 research components (airport intelligence) explain the development of tourism in tehran to the extent of 0.824. the highest amount of path coefficient (beta) is related to the components of improving passengers’ experience (0.728), providing more attractive comfort services to passengers (0.689), reducing prices (0.681) and flight and airplane security (0.595). to be also, the results show that with the smartening of mehrabad airport, the ground for the development of tourism in tehran will be smoother.
