ارزیابی عوامل پذیرش فناوری های جدید کشاورزی با گسترش جغرافیایی زمین های زراعی، چالشی مقابل بهره وری

امروزه با کمک فناوری های نوین کشاورزی تلاش می شود تا بر میزان بهره وری محصول افزوده شود، برای نیل به این هدف، ضمن استفاده از فناوری های روز دنیا، اقدام به گسترش جغرافیایی زمین های کشاورزی می شود. اما صرف تکنولوژی نوین، و توسعه بی رویه زمین های زراعی، به خودی خود باعث افزایش بهره وری نمی شود، بلکه لازم است نیروی انسانی شاغل در آن صنایع، از فناوری های موجود استقبال کند و از آن استفاده نماید. لذا این تحقیق با هدف اصلی ارزیابی عوامل پذیرش استفاده از فناوری های نوین در صنعت کشاورزی انجام شده، و در صدد پاسخ به این پرسش اساسی هست کهچرا اغلب کشاورزان همچنان به کشت سنتی می پردازند و از شیوه تولید مدرن استقبال نمی کنند؟. برای این منظور، ضمن استعانت از نظریه های نوسازی دانیل لرنر و نظریات توسعه اسملسر، اقدام به جمع آوری داده ها با دو روش مصاحبه نیمه استاندارد و پرسشنامه کردیم. تجزیه تحلیل داده های کیفی با تکنیک ساختارگذاری(slt) و داده های کمی با نرم افزار spss انجام گردید. طی مراحل تحقیق، مصاحبه با 60 نفر کشاورز که در مسیر پایاب سدستارخان اهر فعالیت داشتند، انجام شد. نمونه گیری از نوع نظری و تا رسیدن به نقطه اشباع نظری ادامه یافت. بعد از استخراج 4 عامل(فردی-اقتصادی-اجتماعی و فرهنگی- روانی و انگیزشی) و 13 مفهوم، مهم ترین عوامل پذیرش استفاده از فناوری های نوین کشاورزی، به ترتیب اولویت شامل: ناآگاهی کشاورزان، هنجارهای ذهنی، انتظار از مسئولین دولتی، هزینه های بالا، انتظار کلاس آموزشی از کارشناسان ترویج، سرمایه پولی و مالی، نوآوری در صنعت، استعداد و توانایی فردی کشاورز، اعتماد به نفس، بازاریابی، تحصیلات و تجربه، نوسازی روانی و احساس لذت می باشد.

assessing the acceptance factors of new agricultural technologies, with the geographical expansion of agricultural lands, is a challenge to productivity

today, with the help of new agricultural technologies, efforts are being made to increase the productivity of the crop. to achieve this goal, while using the latest technologies in the world, agricultural lands are being expanded geographically. however, the mere use of new technology, and the uncontrolled development of arable land, does not in itself increase productivity, but rather the manpower employed in those industries, to embrace and use existing technologies. therefore, this study was conducted with the main purpose of assessing the acceptance factors of the use of new technologies in the agricultural industry, and seeks to answer the fundamental question of "why most farmers continue to cultivate traditionally, and do not welcome modern production methods?. for this purpose, with the help of daniel lernerchr(’39’)s modernization theories and smelserchr(’39’)s theories of development, we collected data and conducted two semi-standard interviews and a questionnaire. qualitative data analysis was performed by structuring technique (slt) and quantitative data was performed by spss software. during the research process, interviews were conducted with 60 farmers who were operating in the downstream route of sattar khan ahar dam. theoretical sampling continued until the theoretical saturation point was reached. after extracting 4 factors(individual-economic-social and cultural-psychological and motivational)and 13 concepts, the most important factors for accepting the use of new agricultural technologies, in order of priority include: farmerschr(’39’) ignorance, mental norms, expectations from government officials, cost expect training classes from experts in extension, monetary and financial capital, industry innovation, individual farmer talent and ability, self-confidence, marketing, education and experience, psychological renewal and a sense of pleasure.
