انگیزه‌ها و اثرات مهاجرت برگشتی در تحولات و توسعه اقتصادی- اجتماعی روستاها (مطالعه موردی شهرستان اهر)

در طی سال های اخیر توجه زیادی به پدیده مهاجرت از مناطق توسعه یافته به مناطق کمتر توسعه یافته وجود دارد که این امر اهمیت مهاجرت برگشتی را برجسته می نماید. می توان گفت، فرایندی که در آن فرد یا افرادی بنا به دلایل مختلف از سرزمینی که قبلاً به عنوان محل سکونت شان بوده دوباره به مکان اولیه و زادگاه خود باز گشته اند. هدف مطالعه حاضر شناخت انگیزه های مهاجران برگشتی و سطح توسعه اقتصادی اجتماعی مناطق روستایی است. با بکارگیری روش تحقیق پیمایش و تکنیک پرسشنامه، اطلاعات مورد نیاز از 260 مهاجر برگشتی روستاهای شهرستان اهر در سال 1396 با روش نمونه گیری خوشه ای چند مرحله ای به دست آمده است. فرضیات با استفاده از آزمون های همبستگی، تفاوت میانگین و رگرسیون مورد تحلیل و استنباط قرار گرفته اند. نتایج نشان می دهد انگیزه های اقتصادی مهاجران برگشتی مهم ترین متغیر تاثیرگذار در سطح تحولات و توسعه روستایی است. وضع مالی اظهاری در شهر و شغل بعد از مهاجرت به روستا، در انگیزه اقتصادی و توسعه تاثیر دارد. داشتن ملک در روستا در انگیزه های مهاجران برگشتی، مشارکت اجتماعی و توسعه و تحولات روستایی تاثیر دارد. مهاجرانی که به کار کشاورزی و دامداری مشغولند و از روش های نوین آبیاری و کشاورزی استفاده می کنند، در انگیزه های مهاجرت و مشارکت اجتماعی و توسعه روستایی موثرند. با توجه به یافته های حاصل از رگرسیون چند متغیره، انگیزه های اقتصادی با 36 درصد بیشترین سهم را در سطح تحولات اقتصادی و اجتماعی روستایی دارد و در مجموع 52 درصد سطح توسعه روستایی توسط متغیرهای انگیزه های اقتصادی مهاجران، مشارکت اجتماعی، انگیزه های اجتماعی مهاجران و استفاده از تکنولوژی نوین کشاورزی تبیین می شود.

Motivations and effects of return migration In the socio-economic development of rurals ACase study in Ahar Townshipe

AbstractIn recent years , there is more attention to migration from developed areas to un developed areas, so it highlighted the return migration. It can be said , it is a circumstance that individual or individuals selected their own country for residence from where based on different reasons migrate to their own country or first areas. Aim of this study is recognition motivations of return migration and rates of economic and social changes and development of rural areas. The methodology of this study is based on functional aim and description ndash;analysis nature and its framework based on survey. The requested data gathered from 260 returns migrates of rural of Ahar at year 96 with using multistage cluster sampling method and for investigating gathering data is used document and library and questionaries rsquo; technic. Spss and Anova, correlation test, regression and mean deviation are used for analysis of data. The obtained results of multi and two variables regression are shown that economic motivation of return migrant is most effective variable in rate of changes and developed of rural. Also, having land at rural effects on motivation of return migration, social cooperation and changes and developed of rural area. Using mechanizes and technology methods of agriculture effect on motivation s of migrants and social cooperation and developing rural. With regard to obtained results of multi ndash; regression, economic motivation (36%) has more rate of economicsocial development, and at total (52%) rate of rural development is determined by economic motivation of migrants, social cooperation, social motivation of migrants and using modern technology of agriculture.
