تحلیلی بر اثرات گردشگری خانه‌های دوم در مناطق روستایی مطالعه موردی: دهستان حصار ولی‌عصر- شهرستان بوئین ‌زهرا

در چند دهه اخیر گردشگری به عنوان ابزاری برای دست یابی به توسعه پایدار و منبعی برای ایجاد درآمد و اشتغال در نواحی روستایی به ویژه روستاهایی که فرآیند جمعیت گریزی را تجربه کرده اند، مطرح است. در این راستا گسترش خانه های دوم در مناطق روستایی دارای چشم اندازهای طبیعی زیبا، نشان دهنده یک روند عمده در بازسازی روابط شهر و روستا با هدف استفاده از فضاهای روستایی با انگیزه تفریح و سرگرمی توام با اقامت گردشگران است. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی نقش گردشگری خانه های دوم و تاثیرات آن در ابعاد اقتصادی، اجتماعی، زیست محیطی و کالبدی در روستاهای دارای این پدیده در دهستان حصار ولی عصر از توابع شهرستان بوئین زهرا بود. نوع تحقیق کاربردی و روش مورد استفاده توصیفیتحلیلی می باشد و برای گردآوری اطلاعات از روش های کتابخانه ای و میدانی (پرسشنامه، مشاهده و مصاحبه) استفاده شده است که 5 روستایی مورد مطالعه در دهستان به صورت تمام شماری مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات از روش های آماری توصیفی و استنباطی (آماره t تک نمونه ای، رگرسیونی خطی چند متغیره) استفاده شده است. یافته ها نشان می دهد که از دیدگاه ساکنان دائمی رابطه گردشگری خانه های دوم با ابعاد اقتصادی، اجتماعی و کالبدی مثبت و معنادار بوده ولی در ابعاد محیطی رابطه معنادار و منفی ارزیابی شده است. همچنین نتیجه حاصله از تحلیل رگرسیون نشان می دهد که اثرات گردشگری خانه های دوم در ابعاد چهارگانه فوق الذکر با 0.90 تاثیر مثبت در میزان رضایت ساکنان دائمی معنادار بوده و بیش ترین تاثیر را شاخص های کالبدی و اقتصادی داشته است.

Analysis of the Effects of Second Homes Tourism in Rural Areas Case study: Hesar e Valiasr County- Buein Zahra Township

In recent decades tourism is introduced as an instrument to achieve sustainable development and as a source of creating income and employment in rural areas especially in villages that have experienced depopulation process. In this regard, second homes development in rural areas with beautiful natural landscapes, indicates a main trend in reconstructing ruralurban relations with the purpose of using rural spaces for leisure and entertainment along with tourists accommodation. The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of second homes tourism and its effects on economic, social, environmental and physical dimensions in target villages in Hesar e Valiasr County (Boein Zahra Qazvin province). 14 English Abstracts The research is applied and the used method is descriptive analytical and for data collection we have used library and field methods (observation, interviews, and questionnaires) and for this reason 5 villages with tourism second homes in the county have been surveyed. For data analysis we used statistical tests such as one sample ttest and Multivariate linear regression. The results indicate that from the viewpoints of permanent residents there is a significant and positive relation between second homes tourism and economic, social and physical dimensions but in environmental dimension the relation is significant and negative. Also the result of regression analysis shows that second homes tourism had been effective 0.90 percent on permanent residents' satisfaction in studied villages so that among four rural development indicators (social, economic, physical and environmental), we can see the most effect of tourism second homes development on physical and economic indicators.
