مرور نظام‌مند پژوهش‌ها در حوزۀ سواد مدیریت داده‌های پژوهشی

هدف: مدیریت داده‌های پژوهشی مجموعه ای از فعّالیت های مربوط به ذخیره‌سازی، دسترسی و حفظ داده های تولید شده‌است که مزایایی همچون حفظ یکپارچگی و تکرار تحقیق، افزایش امنیت داده ها و کاهش خطر از دست دادن داده ها و اجرای تحقیقات باکیفیت را تقویت می کند. کسب دانش و مهارت ‌های مربوط به مدیریت داده های پژوهشی باعث ایجاد فرصت‌های شغلی بسیاری برای متخصصان اطّلاعات می شود و پژوهشگران را در اجرای خواسته‌های خود یاری می رساند. در همین راستا این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی وضعیت پژوهش ها در حوزۀ سواد مدیریت داده‌های پژوهشی صورت گرفته‌است.روش : پژوهش حاضر از نوع مروری نظام ‌مند با رویکرد کیفی بود که به جمع‌آوری مطالعات انجام‌شده در موضوعی خاص پرداخته ‌است و اطّلاعات حاصل را طبق اصول معین و نظام‌یافته‌ای بررسی و بازنگری ‌شده و نتایج حاصل از آن را مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار داده ‌است، به‌طور ملموس‌تر نمای جامعی از مطالعات مرتبط در یک حوزۀ موضوعی خاص را در اختیار محقّقان قرار داده است. بدین منظور، پژوهش های مرتبط با چند مرحله جست‌وجو در پایگاه ‌های اطّلاعاتی بین ‌المللی و داخلی با در نظر گرفتن محدوده زمانی، آثار لاتین بین سال های 2012 تا 2022 میلادی و آثار فارسی بین سال ‌های 1391 تا 1401 شمسی مورد جستجو قرار گرفته‌است. درمجموع، 50 اثر مرتبط با موضوع سواد مدیریت داده های پژوهشی، اعم از مقاله پژوهشی نشریات، اجلاس‌ها و پایان‌نامه‌ها مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفت.یافته ها: مدیریت داده‌های پژوهشی یکی از شاخه‌های نوظهور در علم است و هدف اصلی این حوزۀ نوین کمک به پژوهشگران، اساتید و دانشجویان در فرآیند تدوین پژوهش از آغاز تا پایان است. مروری بر مطالعات نشان داد که تعداد 50 پژوهش داخلی و خارجی به مسئلۀ سواد مدیریت داده های پژوهشی و عناصر مرتبط به آن پرداخته ‌اند. پژوهش ها در 5 محور اصلی بوده اند که شامل: 1. زیرساخت ‌های مدیریت داده های پژوهشی، 2. اشتراک‌گذاری داده های پژوهشی 3. سواد داده و سواد مدیریت داده های پژوهشی، 4. آموزش مدیریت داده ‌های پژوهشی و 5. مهارت های مدیریت دادۀ پژوهشی در این حوزۀ موضوعی است.نتیجه ‌گیری: نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد پژوهش ها درزمینة اشتراک‌گذاری داده های پژوهشی نسبت به سایر موضوعات مرتبط بیشتر موردبررسی قرار گرفته‌است. پژوهش های مربوط به سواد مدیریت داده ‌های پژوهشی به‌خصوص در ایران بسیار محدود است و جهت افزایش سطح سواد مدیریت داده ‌های پژوهشی نیازمند تلاش بسیار از طرف دانشگاه ها و موسسات آموزش عالی است. همچنین با توجه به پژوهش های صورت گرفته در خارج از ایران، کسب مهارت‌های مرتبط با سواد مدیریت داده های پژوهشی، به افراد کمک می ‌کند تا در پیشبرد اهداف این حوزۀ موضوعی باارزش تلاش بیشتر کرده و شروع به تحول در سازو کار مدیریت داده های خود داشته باشند. همچنین توصیه می‌شود از آموزش و ارتقا سواد دانشجویان از ابتدای شروع تحصیل در برنامه های درسی مقاطع مختلف بهره مند شوند.

systematic review of researches in the field of research data of management literacy

purpose: research data management is a set of activities related to the storage, access, and preservation of generated data which includes benefits such as maintaining the integrity and replication of research, increasing data security leading to risk of data loss, and enhancing the implementation of quality research. acquiring knowledge and skills related to research data management creates many job opportunities for information professionals and helps researchers to fulfill their demands. in this regard, this research aimed to identify the state of research in the field of research data of management literacy.methods: the current research was a systematic review with qualitative approach, which is devoted to collecting the studies conducted on a specific subject, examined and revised the resulting information according to certain systematic principles, and presented the results for analysis. more concretely a comprehensive view of related studies and providing researchers with a specific subject area for this purpose, researches related to several stages of searching in international and domestic databases, considering the time range, foreign books and articles between 2012 and 2022 ad and persian between 1391 and 1401 ad. fifty works related to the topic of research data of management literacy were searched from research articles of publications, conferences, and dissertations.findings: research data management is one of the emerging branches of science and the main goal of this new field is to help researchers, professors, and students in planning from start to finish. a review of the studies showed that 50 domestic and foreign researchers have addressed the issue of research data of management literacy and related elements. research has been in 5 main axes, which include: 1. research data management infrastructure, 2. research data sharing, 3. data literacy and research data management literacy, 4. research data management training. research, and 5. research management skills in this field.conclusion: the results of this research showed that research in the field of research data segmentation has been investigated more than other related topics, but the research related to research data management literacy is very limited, especially in iran. increasing the level of research data of management literacy requires a lot of effort from universities and higher education institutions. in addition, according to the research conducted outside of iran, business skills related to research data of management literacy will help people to work harder in advancing the goals of this valuable topic and start to transform the management mechanism. having their data, they also benefit from teaching and improving students’ literacy from the beginning of their studies in the curriculum of different levels.
