مدل متقارن تعامل اطلاعاتی: باز تعریفی از جایگاه فناوری در تعامل اطلاعاتی

چکیده
|
هدف: بازبینی و بازتعریف فرایند تعامل با اطلاعات با رویکرد جامع‌نگرروش: داده‌های این پژوهش کیفی به روش مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختار‌یافته با 18 نفر گردآوری و تحلیل مضمون شد.یافته‌ها: شبکه تشکیل‌دهنده تعاملات اطلاعاتی شامل 5 مضمون فراگیر است که از 23 مضمون سازمان‌دهنده استخراج کردیم. در این شبکه، با کمک مضمون تقارن، چهار مضمون دیگر شامل آغاز، جهت‌گیری، شبکه‌سازی و تثبیت تفسیر می‌شوند. تقارن به مفهوم نگاه نسبتا متوازن به جایگاه و اثرگذاری توام انسان و غیرانسان در تعامل اطلاعاتی است. تقارن مانع سیطره مطلق یکی از این دو بر تعامل اطلاعاتی می‌شود. در مدل متقارن تعاملات اطلاعاتی سه لایه بافتاری شامل بافت درونی-شناختی، بافت بیرونی-محیطی و بافت فناوری-ابزار، تاثیر تعیین‌کننده دارند.نتیجه‌گیری: نگاه جدید به تعامل با اطلاعات آن را از محدوده تفسیر از منظر کاربر انسانی فراتر می‌برد و در کنار عوامل غیرانسانی می‌بیند. در این رویکرد عوامل غیرانسانی را در نقش زیرساخت و بافت فناوری-ابزار، همپای عوامل انسانی، بافت بیرونی و درونی دارای اثرات مشخص می‌داند.

Symmetrical Model of Information Interactions: Redefining the Weight of Technology in Information Interactions

Abstract
|
Purpose: This study was conducted with a holistic approach to reviewing and redefining the process of interaction with information.Method: Data was collected by semistructured interviews with 18 social and humanities researchers and analyzed by thematic analysis.Findings: Thematic network of information interactions consists of 5 global themes. In this network, with symmetry as one of the global themes, we found four other themes, ie opening, orientation, networking, and consolidation. Symmetry results in a relatively balanced view on the influence of human and nonhuman in information interactions. It prevents human or nonhuman agents to exert absolute domination of the interaction. In the symmetric model of information interactions, three layers of contexts, including internalcognitive context, externalenvironmental contexts, and technologytool are decisive.Conclusion: The new view of interacting with information goes beyond mere interpretation from the perspective of the human user and sees it alongside in human factors. As a result of such an approach, nonhuman factors in the role of infrastructure and technology context, along with human factors, external and internal context have clear and interpretable effects.
