چکیده
|
هدف: ارائه راهکار برای ارتقای مدیریت دانش از راه سنجش سطح بلوغ آن مدل براساس مدل زیمنس. روش‌شناسی: داده‌ها با پرسشنامه پژوهشگرساخته‌ای گردآوری شد که نمونه هدفمند 100نفره از کارکنان سازمان آن را پرکردند. یافته‌ها: همۀ مولفه‌های بلوغ مدیریت دانش به‌غیر از مولفه «تعلیم و آموزش» پایین‌تر از حد متوسط یافته شد. بلوغ مدیریت دانش در سازمان در سطح یک قرار دارد. نتیجه‌گیری: مولفه‌های بلوغ مدیریت دانش براساس دیدگاه کارشناسان ارزیابی و راهکارهایی برای ارتقای آن ارائه شده است.

Abstract
|
Purpose: Knowledge management maturity is measured based on Siemens model and solutions for improvement are recommended. Methodology: 100 NLAI employees evaluated the stage of the organization’s maturity for KM by responding to a researchermade questionnaire. Findings: All of the components of knowledge management maturity except education and training were below the average. Education and training was at level five. The components of leadership, culture, and information technology were at level two, whereas the components of rewards and incentives, recording employees’ experiences, application of knowledge, staffs’ skills and management are at level one. Access to knowledge and experiences has not been implemented in the organization. Overall maturity was at level one.
