شناسایی و تعیین ویژگی‌های نسخ خطی بافت اطلاعاتی ایرانی-اسلامی از دیدگاه سازماندهی اطلاعات و دانش

هدف: شناسایی و تعیین ویژگی‌‌های نسخ خطی بافت اطلاعاتی ایرانیاسلامی برای توصیف آنها از دیدگاه سازماندهی اطلاعات و دانش. روش‌شناسی: این پژوهش توسعه‌ایکاربردی با روش تحلیل محتوا انجام شده است. با استفاده از روش‌ اسنادی و فن دلفی، ویژگی‌های (داده‌های) نسخ خطی بافت اطلاعاتی ایرانیاسلامی استخراج و تنظیم شد. 14 متخصص و صاحب‌نظر در حوزه‌های نسخه‌پژوهی و سازماندهی اطلاعات و دانش با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. همچنین از پرسشنامه برای شناسایی ویژگی‌های نسخ خطی بافت اطلاعاتی ایرانیاسلامی استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: برای توصیف و سازماندهی نسخ خطی بافت اطلاعاتی ایرانیاسلامی، 19 ویژگی اصلی و 224 ویژگی فرعی نیاز است. ویژگی‌های اصلی عبارت‌اند از: عنوان، نویسنده، نوع نسخه، اصالت، رده‌بندی، شناسگر، موجودی، شرایط دسترسی، حفاظت، ساختار محتوا، استنساخ، موضوع، تصحیح، حقوق نسخه، زبان، اشیای مرتبط، اجازه (گواهی نقل)، مشخصات ظاهری، و یادداشت. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج پژوهش حاضر می‌تواند برای ایجاد یک پروفایل کاربردی فراداده‌ای جهت توصیف و سازماندهی نسخ خطی بافت اطلاعاتی ایرانیاسلامی به‌ویژه در محیط الکترونیکی به‌کار رود. همچنین نقاط دسترسی مناسبی برای بهبود دسترس‌پذیری به این منابع برای پژوهشگران فراهم می‌کند که به پیروی از آن، توسعه مطالعات نسخه‌پژوهی و افزایش تولیدات علمی مربوط را به‌دنبال خواهد داشت.

Identifying and Determining the Attributes of IranianIslamic Information Context’s Manuscript from the Point of Information and Knowledge Organization

Purpose: To identifying and determining the attributes of the IranianIslamic information contexts’ manuscripts from the point of information and knowledge organization. Methodology: The research was considered as a developmentalapplied research that done content analysis method. The attributes (data) of IranianIslamic information context’s manuscripts were extracted by using the Delphi technique and Documentation method. 14 experts in the field of manuscripts studies, and information and knowledge organization were selected by targeted sampling. A questionnaire was also used to identifying the attributes of the IranianIslamic information context’s manuscript. Findings: To description and organization of the IranianIslamic information context’s manuscript are needed 19 main attributes and 224 subattributes. The main attributes are: title, author, type of manuscript, originality, classification, identifier, holdings, access condition, custody, content structure, transcription, subject, correction, rights, language, related objects, Certificates of transmission (Ijāzah), Physical description, and Note. Conclusion: The results of this research can be used to create a useful metadata application profile for describing and organizing of IranianIslamic information context’s manuscript, especially in the electronic environment. For researchers provides appropriate access points to improve accessibility to these valuable resources, which will lead to the development of manuscriptology and the increase of relevant scientific outputs.
