چکیده    One of the rare causes of ischemic stroke is a trombosis in the lumen of intracranial aneurysms. intracranial aneurysms are divided according to their shapes; saccular or fusiform. thrombosis,which causes stroke are seen often in giant saccular or giant fusiform aneurysms. they can be found in the lumen with varying size and when they are unstable,thromboembolic events can be consisted. spontaneous thrombosis can rarely occur in the small diamentional saccular aneurysms except for the giant aneurysms. in this article,in a patient who has multiple small diamentional saccular aneurysms with recurrent ischemic stroke are discussed.
