ارزیابی فرقه دموکرات عامیون در مجلس دوم مشروطه در رساله تنقید فرقه اعتدالیون (شوال 1328)

پس از فتح تهران و استقرار دوباره نظام مشروطیت تلاش برای روند نوسازی قوت گرفت. بدین‌سبب احزاب دموکرات و اعتدالیون روش‌های متفاوتی را در مرامنامه‌ایشان مطرح کردند که موجب اختلاف در میان آنان شد. چنان‌که برنامه ضعیف اعتدالیون مقابل اندیشه‌های آزادی‌خواهانه و مساوات‌طلبانه دموکرات‌ها، که از ارکان تحول اقتصادی‌‌اجتماعی مرام‌نامه آنان به‌شمار می‌رفت، قرار گرفت. بنابراین، محمد‌ امین رسول‌زاده با پیشینه سوسیالیستی در قفقاز و از رهبران فرقه دموکرات به‌منظور نقد و بررسی مرام‌نامه اعتدالیون، این موضوع را در رساله «تنقید فرقه اعتدالیون»، بر اساس مواضع ماتریالیسم تاریخی پرداخت تا ارتباط منافع طبقه حاکم با قالب سیاسی را تشریح نماید. بدین‌ترتیب، با‌‌‌‌‌‌توجه بر گردآوری اسنادی داده‌ها و معرفی یک رساله حزبی دارای ایدئولوژی مارکسیستی، روش توصیف و تبیین به‌کار رفته است.  حاصل آن‌که رسول‌زاده با ناکارآمد خواندن برنامه اعتدالیون، قصد بیان نابودی مناسبات ارباب‌‌رعیتی را داشت که این امر، با مرام‌نامه دموکرات‌ها یکسان بود.

Thus, Mohammad Amin Rasoulzadeh with a socialist background in the Caucasus And a leader of the democratic party to criticize their agenda, addressed this issue in His essay &On Criticism of the Etedaliyon Party& on the basis of historical materialism In order to link the ruling class’s interests with the political format. The purpose of the present study is to introduce a Marxist ideological party treatise Based on the data gathering and descriptiveexplanatory method. The research shows that by calling the Etedaliyon’s program an ineffective one, Rasoolzadeh intended to destroy the relationship between the feudal and vassal Relationship, which was in line with the Democrats’ agenda.
