سرایت تروریسم تکفیری به‌مثابه‌ی‌ مساله‌ی بدخیم، و امنیت ملی جمهوری اسلامی ایران

هدف پژوهش حاضر واکاوی سرایت تروریسم تکفیری به ایران و تاثیر آن بر روی امنیت ملی به‌عنوان یک مساله‌ی بدخیم است. روش پژوهش، توصیفی-تحلیلی بوده و نتایج، حاکی از آن است که چون تروریسم تکفیری در قامت یک مساله‌ی بدخیم ظاهر شده است، راه‌حل‌های اتخاذشده در خصوص رویارویی با آن نیز می‌بایست در چارچوب همین سنخ مسائل ارائه شود. لذا لازم است حکومت مرکزی، سرایت تروریسم تکفیری به درون مرزهای ایران را به‌مثابه‌ی‌ یک مساله‌ی بدخیم نگریسته و سیاست‌ها و تدابیری را با رویکرد همکارانه در این خصوص اتخاذ نماید تا بتواند مساله‌ی‌ موجود را با همکاری تمامی ذی‌نفع‌های موجود مدیریت کند که در غیر این صورت، مساله‌ی‌ حاضر ظرفیت تبدیل شدن به یک مساله‌ی فوق بدخیم را دارد.‏

the present research concerns the spread of excommunicationist terrorism to iran and its impact on the national security as a malign problem. the method of the research is descriptive and analytic. the findings show that since the spread of excommunicationist terrorism is a malign problem, the solutions to it should be adopted in terms of malign problems. for this reason, the central government must view the spread of excommunicationist terrorism to the iranian boundaries as a malign problem and adopt policies and solutions with a cooperative approach so that it can manage the problem with the collaboration of all the interested groups. otherwise, the problem has the potential to become a super-malign problem.
