مسئولیت جمعی از نگاه امام علی(ع) در نهج البلاغه

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی مسئولیت جمعی از دیدگاه امام علی(ع) با استناد به نهج‌البلاغه و شرح‌های معتبر آن است. پرسش اصلی این است که آیا از نگاه امام علی(ع) در نهج‌البلاغه می‌توان با استناد به قاعده‌ی مسئولیت جمعی، کل اجتماع یا بخش‌هایی از آن را در قبال اعمالی که فرد یا گروه‌هایی از جامعه مرتکب شده‌اند، مسئول دانست؟ به‌همین‌اعتبار آیا فرد یا گروه‌هایی از جامعه در قبال افعال و رفتارهایی که جامعه‌ی متبوع آن‌ها مرتکب می‌شوند و خود در آن‌ها نقشی نداشته‌اند، مسئول هستند؟ پژوهش بر این فرض استوار است که امام علی(ع) در نهج‌البلاغه، با ابتناء بر مبانی هستی‌شناختی و انسان‌شناختی ویژه‌ی خود، ضمن پذیرش مسئولیت اخلاقی فرد نسبت به پیامدهای افعالش، مسئولیت جمعی را به‌معنای مسئولیت اخلاقی متقابل فرد و جامعه در قبال اعمال یک‌دیگر پذیرفته و مورد تاکید قرار داده است؛ تاجایی‌که نه‌تنها شرکت در عمل یا معاونت در تمهید مقدمات آن، موجب مسئولیت مى‌شود، بلکه رضایت قلبى نسبت به یک عمل و سکوت در قبال آن نیز (حتی اگر از سر رضایت نباشد)، به‌منزله‌ی مشارکت در انجام آن عمل و موجب مسئولیت در قبال آثار و پیامدهای آن خواهد بود

Collective responsibility from Imam Ali’s point of view (AS) in Nahj alBalagha

The purpose of this study is to investigate collective responsibility from the perspective of Imam Ali (as) with reference to Nahj alBalagha and its valid explanations. The main question is whether from the point of view of Imam Ali (AS) in Nahj alBalagha, based on the rule of collective responsibility, the whole community or parts of it can be held responsible for the acts committed by individuals or groups of society? Likewise, are individuals or groups in society responsible for the actions and behaviors, committed by their community in which they themselves have no role? ? The research is based on the assumption that Imam Ali (AS) in Nahj alBalagha, based on his own ontological and anthropological principles while accepting the moral responsibility of the individual for the consequences of his actions, accepted the collective responsibility in the sense of mutual moral responsibility of the individual and society towards each other's actions. It means that not only participation in the action or assisting in the preparation of its action causes responsibility, but also heartfelt satisfaction with action and silence towards it (even if it is not from consent), is like participation in the performance of the action. It causes responsibility in front of its effects and consequences.
