مساله‌ی «مشروعیت» در اندیشه و کارنامه‌ی اسلام‌گرایانِ پیرو ولایت فقیه در افغانستان

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی اسلام سیاسی ولایت فقیهی (خط امامی) در افغانستان است. به‌این‌ترتیب به تشریح این فرضیه خواهیم پرداخت که در افغانستان، اسلام گرایانِ پیرو نظریه‌ی ولایت فقیه در سه دهه‌ی پایانی قرن بیستم، هرچند در مشروعیت زدایی از مخالفان توفیقاتی داشتند، اما در امر مشروعیت‌سازی نهایتا ناکام ماندند. یافته های پژوهش که در چارچوب روش تحلیل «تاریخ فکری» هیوز انجام می‌شود، نشان می دهد که اسلام‌گرایان ولایت فقیهی در افغانستان، در زمینه های تاریخی، اعتقادی، سیاسی و بیرونی معطوف به مساله‌ی مشروعیت قد علم کردند و در حوزه‌ی مشروعیت زدایی و مشروعیت‌سازی روندهای خاصی را پیمودند. آنان در رشد آگاهی فکری شیعیان و افزایش نقش سیاسی ایشان، تاثیرات مهمی برجای گذاشتند و در رابطه با «صدور انقلاب» و معرفی «ولایت فقیه» در افغانستان گام های مهمی برداشتند. درعین‌حال، در برخی موارد به‌دلیل بی تجربگی و خودمحوری، در محاق جنگ های درون فرقه ای قرار گرفتند و در خلق مشروعیتی پایدار ناکام ماندند.

The issue of legitimacy in the thought and record of Islamists following VelayateFaqih in Afghanistan

The purpose of this study is to investigate the political Islam of the jurisprudential guardianship (Imami script) in Afghanistan. In this way, we will explain the hypothesis that in Afghanistan, Islamists following the theory of VelayateFaqih in the last three decades of the twentieth century, although succeeding in delegitimizing the opposition, ultimately failed to legitimize it. The findings of the study, conducted in the context of Hughes's intellectual history method of analysis, show that the Islamists of VelayateFaqih province in Afghanistan have focused on the issue of legitimacy in historical, religious, political and external fields. In the field of delegitimization and legitimization, they followed certain trends. They had important influences in the growth of Shiite intellectual consciousness and increasing their political role, and took important steps in connection with the export of the revolution and the introduction of the Velayate Faqih in Afghanistan. At the same time, in some cases, due to inexperience and selfcenteredness, they engaged in intersectarian wars and failed to create lasting legitimacy.
