چکیده
|
هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی و شناخت نیروهای پیشران کلیدی در ارتقای وضعیت شیعیان اندونزی است. روش این پژوهش، توصیفی تحلیلی است. نتایج نشان می‌دهند که ارتقای وضعیت شیعیان اندونزی، نیازمند شناسایی و تعامل صحیح با نیروهای کلیدی دخیل در آینده‌ی اندونزی است. پیشران‌های شناسایی‌شده را به دو دسته‌ی «نیروهای محیطی» و «اقدامات نهادی» می‌توان طبقه‌بندی کرد. «استراتژی پذیرش» از سوی نیروهای سیاسی، «استراتژی پذیرش و مهار» در میان نیروهای مذهبی و «استراتژی انکار شیعیان» توسط نیروهای فرامنطقه‌ای در مواجه با شیعیان اندونزی اتخاذ شده است. روش مناسب برای مواجهه با سناریوهای رقبا، طراحی «سناریوی رشد و ارتقا» است؛ بدین‌‌منظور ازیک‌سو باید راهبرد «هم‌گرایی استراتژیک» با نیروهای سیاسی را در پیش گرفت و به ائتلاف‌سازی با نهادهای اهل‌سنت پرداخت؛ ازسوی‌‌دیگر نیز باید در قبال افراط‌گرایان سعودی، راهبرد «تهاجمی» را اتخاذ کرد.

Abstract
|
The purpose of this study was to investigate and explain the changes and developments in the process of theorizing VelayateFaqih in the second period of the Islamic Republic. Using a trend analysis model and a descriptiveanalytical method, this study showed that after the changes in the constitution, the process of ideation about VelayateFaqih due to factors such as: legitimacy of VelayateFaqih, openness of public sphere, strengthening religious institutions and emerging issues, It has found a new direction, and Issues such as: the nature of the legitimacy of VelayateFaqih, the relationship of VelayateFaqih with the constitution, the consequences of absolute VelayateFaqih, VelayateFaqih or representation of citizenship, VelayateFaqih or supervision of Faqih and reinterpretation of Absolute VelayateFaqih have been discussed in public. Restrictive factors such as the continuation of stabilization of the Islamic Republic period and formal and informal opposition in this period are also considered as obstacles to ideation in the field of VelayateFaqih.
